Poor Stay
When we visited the property, there was no one to carry our luggage. Secondly, and the major flaw was, they did not fill their water tanks, so when we went to use the washrooms, there was no water. I mean, imagine that level of annoyance when you’re pushing the flush button and no water is coming out. So that, it made us afraid. And on being asked, the staff said, we’ve forgotten to fill the water tanks. Simply pathetic

Average Stay
Food was very delicious but the service was not up to the mark as per the room rates and hotel star ratings. 3rd day, there was an issue for water heating. service boy was neglecting the issue and keep on playing games with us like we are a newbie traveller without knowing that since a decade we are the member of make my trip from different accounts !

Poor Stay
I stayed for two days in meraden opus and had a bad experience. Bed size was small and no hot water in the room and breakfast was horrible. There is no proper cleanliness of pool.

Average Stay
The food was good, breakfast was also on time but the rooms were very average, we upgraded the room from standard to deluxe but the bathroom floor was pathetic, the water cleaning system was not working, we complained about that but the response was the bathroom is built like that only and they are not able to solve it, restaurant servant was rude, we needed some plates for food but he rudely told us that without any order they are not providing any.. bike service is available at the location and it was affordable.

Excellent Stay
I have stated in Opus Meraden multiple times now and always had a wonderful experience. The staff and service is very prompt, friendly and always helpful. The breakfast buffet is awesome and has lots of variety. The rooms are neat and clean and well maintained. Overall excellent experience.

Great Stay
Great stay for the price. I opted for included breakfast which was a smart decision as the restaurant there is pretty good. The room was very spacious and clean with good bathroom.
