Review Of Hotel Jyoti Plaza

Location of property was good but stay was terribely poor... There were bugs everywhere.. Floor was sticky, bathroom matt was wet and smelly.. Overall vibe of room was bad.. We anyhow slept at night

staying overall good and supporting staff as well. clean rooms.

We stayed in Joyti plaza and it was a nice experience staying here the service was good and the cleanness is perfect

The hotel is located in the heart of Margao, 5 min from Margao market. I had booked a superior room. The room was clean. The staff is polite and courteous. I will definitely recommend. Suggestion is to provide more breakfast options.

We booked 1 night stay reading reviews and checking photos we arrived late night there is 24 hour checkin which is good thing but we got a room which was filled with cigarette smoke smell. the sheets looked dirty the floor was full of mud and sand, the cups smelled , the knob in washroom used to switch water from shower to tap was too tight and key holder couldn't hold hotel key it was manually switched on. We requested for change of sheets was done, they got tight knob in position so we could use it how we wanted but we cannot switch it back because was too tight, after complaining of extreme smoke smell we were advised to keep window open and air freshener was sprayed but it took 2,3 hours to get rid of smell atleast to some extent disturbing our sleep and sanity. there's lounge for breakfast buffet... even though property is good it has great scope for maintenance n service, the staff were polite but need to take care of cleanliness more . hence with plus minus it was average experience for me
