We were treated like royalty here. The hotel is incredibly well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Property is Very Dirty, everything is old , everything damaged 1st no hot water 2nd no network in rooms , no cleaning

The worst experience. The room which was given to us was totally different from the one shown. No water bottle were given, the water filter was not working, door latches were broken, the balcony was like a dumpster, breakfast was included but no breakfast were given. I'm never going to book a hotel.

Booking was not confirmed by the host. I waited for 1. 5 hours. But no response, later i requested for cancellation as they said no available rooms. Your support agent spoke with hotel and said that they will send approval for refund. No update yet

Not clean, uncomfortable, bad service, not safe at all, had to change the room due to room issues, plus the room was on 4th floor and there wasn't a lift.

The bathroom flush was not working properly, there was no bodywash or handwash soap in the bathroom. The sink was leaking. The frontdesk manager was great, he did whatever he could it was not enough.

Some facilites were not provided washroom is not clean flush buttons are not working breakfast was not served as a buffet pool was not clean

I will sue all of you and drag you to consumer court.

Nice cosy room. Newly refurbished room, bathroom was cleaned and bed was comfortable. Nice lobby with good decor, staffs were very friendly and service were excellent. Definitely will come back

My review about the room is when we entered the room it was like smell was coming all over the room as if it was not being used for very long time. Spider was roaming happily near to the bed and spider web was also formed which shows they were not cleaning properly.
