Good Stay
Service can be improved a bit. Landline was down for most of the time. House keeping does not pick up phone many times. Room was never cleaned up despite us requesting it many times. Overall good experience.

Location is peaceful and pleasant. Excellent amanities and ambience of stay. It's location is great as it feel nearby beach, within posh residential locality area of town. Overall fabulous experience with family

Average Stay
No lift for the 4th floor apartment. I had travel-led with kids very difficult to go and come every-time

Comfortable stay for family
The stay at lily-wood highland resort was very comfortable and relaxing. The staff is very courteous and cooperative. The overall ambience and the natural surrounding is well maintained and clean.

No proper shower, no toiletries. Given the room on 3rd floor. No lift facility. Had to argue for the staff for proper room.

The rooms are beautiful and exactly like picture. Its a bhk flat. Very spacious and comfortable. The only thing is room service is a bit slow otherwise it's s good hotel at a prime location.

Poor Stay
Hotel management very bad, service is worst, they are not maintaining the hotel with all the facilities. Very few items in breakfast. Swimming pool timings 8am to 6pm if we compare with other hotels it should be 8am to 8pm at least.

Hotel room was not clean worst experience ever
familyHotel room was not clean at all no electricity water was very bad and unclean. Staff was very rude, as when i told them that there is no electricity they told us that we are also standing here without electricity and it is like this. Water was stinky rooms were not clean. Very bad experience.
