The hotel maintenance is very poor, un hygienic and no cleanliness. The room provided is not worth for rs. 3400, very bad experience with make my trip recomendation

full night stay without a.c i call for change room becasue ac is not working in 202 - our room so i complain for it more than 5 time but no response and morning meneger said other guest never complain about a.c in this room how can i explain its elct . item it will not make problem every time its do it sometime but more and more meneger said other guest never complain about he is reply me same every time but at that time i said that please come and chek he is come with us nd give reason like a.c get a time for cool the room more than one hour (at my home 10 a.c never get time more then 10 min but every time he said same and same

Rooms were neat and clean. Breakfast had very limited options. Up-ma served was rotten and terrible. Fruits served where rotten. Foodwise hotel is below average

Well, my stay at the hotel was really amazing, if we talk about the cleanliness it was top notch, spacious room, with all the amenities promised. The hotel manager and staff where really friendly and helpful. And we talk about food it was super delicious, with so many varieties. Next time for sure i am going to stay at this property only. And the best part. It’s very nearby to beach and all the party places you want to go.

Very unprofessional staff. No hospitality at all

One of the best hotel in anjuna goa. The service is good. Staff is courteous rite from the reception to housekeeping restaurant staff always ready to serve. Superb location, and serene as peaceful as we were looking for. We would love to go there next time as well. Highly recommend this property.

Way of talking was so rude of the manager. Poor service. Pool was not clean. Breakfast have no verites. Dishes repeated nextba day. Hotel staff behavior was so rude.
