rooms were untidy, receptionist was rude and the surroundings were not suitable for family visit at all.

Rooms are not clean. Very very poor condition. Breakfast not arranged. Totally very waste and worst.

The photos shown didn’t resemble the room. not properly cleaned rooms or sheets. no cleanliness or hygiene. no hot water supply in bathroom. no car parking facility. bathroom with all old and non functioning taps. very disappointing. would never recommend this stay for the price.

At the least price v got the best room with all facilities like tv, ac, wifi everything was perfect and even the owner was proud to be kannadiga and he was soo polite

Location was very good and it was safe and hygiene was proper

it is very budget friendly to stay and walkable distance to Tito's lane.

The rooms were very dirty. There were moisture all over the room and bathroom. The bedsheets and blankets were very dirty, when we asked to replace them they said they do not have spare ones and we had to sleep in the dirty and stained bed.

We have booked 2 rooms, both were not cleaned at all. Cannot lock bathroom doors, dirty curtains, noisy fan. Rooms have working air-condition. Parking facility available. Hot water is not proper. Not recommendable
