location was ok. avoid nearby restaurants. cleaning was not proper. hygiene was not maintained properly. Used and unused bed sheets,towels , pillow covers were dumped in the balcony. House is ok for family size of 4-5 but things were not managed properly like if you broken chairs were kept inside, bathroom was not cleaned properly and so many.

groupproperty location was good but the incharge or he is owner not good with the guest, taking the benefit of tourist, charging port was broke, even chair was broke and the room and washroom was smelly when we asked for room refreshner they said theu dont have refreshner, even the room wasnot worthy
Terrible Stay
amenities are not in good condition. utensils and other material available at kitchen is dirty and not cleaned. cupboard is full of Towels and bedsheet and no space to put luggage. Toilet is very old and bath toiletries are not available. Zero hospitality. no responsibil person available to address the issue
Nice hotel
businessThis is a private property inside the resorts. Self check in and check out. No any room boy services. Calm and nice property. Near by main road and walkable distance to baga beach, no lift, they are not allowed any outside drinks and food.

Hotelier is cheater and lier
We booked a blue flamingo with mmt 25 days before one of the check in date hotelier told me i have no room i am going to cancel-led your booking i never recommended for blue flamingo, they are cheater and i recommend to mmt black list this hotel.

Good stay to opt for
The rooms are good and spacious. All the facilities are given. It's a good resort with a big lawn and swimming pool. Nearby area to the beach and feasible for all other things like restaurants, shopping areas, car and bike rentals etc. A few things to be mentioned like there is no lift facility for the apartment.

Poor Stay
Very bad experience, owner is interrupted for every thing and very miser person and very inconvenient accomodation. Very greedy owner. He is not considered for early checkin. He charged 50% charges for early checkin

Dhurwe and 3 guests u had requested early checkin in morning 6 am our check-in. Early checkin is 1 hr prior not a day advance. Normally we request clients to book one more day, as a courtesy, we have charged you 50. Only.

A really nice guest. Left the place neat and tidy and respected our space and privacy during the stay. I'd recommend them to any other host. Super-friendly and respected the space.
Good value for money, convenient location
The apartment was good value for money given the location proximity to ti-too lane. Some things inside the apartment could have been better. E. G. Sofa cum bed could not be opened. The instruction oh how to switch off the fan was missing, cleanliness could not be better (but was ok)

Excellent Stay
Room/apartment was spacious, well maintained, its premises is good with parking & security facility. Room is equipped with a nice washing machine, mini fridge, tv, and ac along with facilities like heater, coffee maker, toaster & 2 balconies

Stay is awesome and near by beach and in a walkable distance, all things in flat are working nice n excellent, owner is very friendly and allowed everything i requested lik early in n late check outs, even the resort has the nice restaurant n food is good

Room was not ready at the check-in time. Check in time was 2 pm but i reached at the property at 3. 30 pm. Still, room was not ready. Caretaker reached at around 5:30 pm to clean the room but water was not coming at that time so he waited until l the water supply started. Also out of two acs in bed room and hall, the hall ac was not working. The owner promised that it will be repaired by the evening but any mechanic didnt appear in the evening. These issues spoiled our whole evening of the first day. Next day the owner called to know our suitable time for ac repair, we said evening but in this evening also mechanic didn't come. We spent 4 nights there with only one ac. After reaching there we came to know that the amenities swimming pool/gym etc can be used only after ordering food of minimum rs. 2000, o/w use of these wont be allowed.
