This stay was an absolute. whole hotel was stinking and was wet. We booked two superior rooms as you can see in our booking details but in after reaching hotel we were asked to take rooms which were not even the category of hourly stays all the bed sheets were really stained, rooms were stinking, no curtains in the room windows, the room was wet for almost 24 hours they were unable to find the source of the wetness. in our booking it is mentioned that compulsory 2 hours late check-out but they charged, upon denying to pay us and the reception person was saying *2 min ke andar room Khali karo nai to saman sab bahar nikal dunga* (evacuate the rooms in two minutes or else all the stuffs will be thrown out) this was a experience. breakfast was complimentary we were asked to pay for that as well. the owner of the hotel is most careless person, wearing and shorts whole time and lying on the sofa of the reception and talking to the people who comes as a guest to his hotel.

my experience was worst. I didn't stayed at the property, I checked in and immediately checked out bcoz the room was unhygienic, poor condition, not presentable. I called care and informed immediately about my experience but no body called me back as committed. The customer care rep told my that she will send email Totally waste of energy, time and money.
