Hotel is very good, Best property and service than Novtel and others. but they charged late check out charge 1120/- for extra 2 hours late check out, we check in late at night, not consider that. anyway. hotel staff is good, nice environment. we give 9 out of 10. best hotel for family stay.

Excellent Stay
The stay was comfortable. Rooms are really spacious and the front desk was courteous Check in and check out took little more time than compare to other hotels

Poor Stay
Firstly, the room wasn't upto the mark. It was more like a 2 star hotel. The food menu was confusing and I didn't find any ala carte option. The service was slow even for morning and evening Tea which tasted horrible. I have ordered cheese chilli toast which was burned and horrible in taste, clearly need a better chef in the kitchen. The room lights and switch were weird, seemed like an old room is been converted to give you a sense of newness but it was not there. The bathroom were also tiny. In all, not a good experience and just logging in and checking in arriving guest with barcode doesn't makes the stay good. It's the in-room services that matters

good clean and we'll maintained
room was good, clean and we'll maintained. food was ok ok...could be better. not many varieties. Limited for swaminarayan. Location is fine. house keeping services also good.

Room was ok. Washrooms not properly cleaned & there was ceiling leakage which was not fixed even after informing.

While the property is non-smoking, the room had strong stench of cigarette. It’s understandable that some customer misused, but then it should have been cleaned, ventilated and freshened

Experience was quite good but please provide complimentary tea and coffee in room sometime we don't make in room

Check in was smooth and staff were good. Rooms were decent, but not great. Despite double occupancy there was only single towel and dental kit. Though when asked they gave it to us. Overall value for money
