I stayed here for three nights, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The biggest issue was the lack of basic hospitality from the caretaker. The AC in my room wasn’t working, and instead of promptly resolving the issue, he simply turned on the fan and said it was fine. Even after contacting the AC repair company, no one showed up, forcing me to request a room change.
Additionally, my room was not serviced even once during my entire stay. The caretaker lacked professionalism—he didn’t provide essential details like the Wi-Fi name and password or even the room keys until I specifically asked. It was evident that he had no interest in assisting guests.
Another major inconvenience was the location. The property is not listed on Google Maps, making it difficult to order food or book a cab. Given the poor service and the challenges faced, the price charged per night was definitely not justified. This place needs serious improvements in both service and guest experience.
