Not value for money, cleanliness was not upto the mark, bedsheets were not changed regulatly initialky, had to tell staff to change after observing hair on bed. Not value for money at all, bathroom toileteries were minimal, nonshaving or dental kit, no handwash either only one small soap, water pipe force was also not upto the mark, ckeanliness not good, when i arrived old/previously used bedsheet was there, having hairstrings, had to tell staff to change pillow cover and bedsheet, sofa was not regularly cleaned. Main dior was cranky, noisy and hard to apply for lock. Not at all value for the money paid.

Awesome homestay in Cosmo Luxury apartments in Kharadi, Pune
Property is good. Easy to find location through Google map. location is good. it is very near to IT park where my son's office. breakfast was good. overall apartment is good. Every facility is there as like home e.g. washing machine, oven, vessels etc. property' s layout is also good. spacious room and living hall. Good balcony. ventilation and natural light is there. I feel as home stay. Feel very happy to stay. Really I like the whole stay. Thankyou very much to all staff and to Make my trip to provide good homestay 🙏

Excellent Stay
Nice staff. The rooms are very clean. Facilities are very good. But a bit cost of rooms. But it is worth the money.

Well cleaned rooms
soloI had a great time at cosmos. The caretaker dev comes every morning with delicious breakfast and for housekeeping services. All amenities mentioned are very much serviceable and beneficial during our stay. I would come back again.

coupleMy experience with cosmos was quite average. First of all it is very old apartment. Flat was given to me. Kitchen is equipped with microwave, gas stove and lpg cylinder. Basic cooking utensils but no cooker and all utensils were old even their non stick was completely removed and serving crockery was there that was good. There was a bosch washing machine and cloth stand in balcony. Now i will tell you about room. It was small room with ac and small it. Mattresses are very hard and bedsheets was very old and of cheap rough quality. Comforter they have provided but its cover is never changed by them at-least around my stay of 8 days it was not changed. Bedsheets are changed after 3-4 days not regularly. Washroom is too small. Bathing space is very small. No handwash was there only one small soap and one clinic plus shampoo was provided in my 8 days stay. Caretaker used to come at 8am sharp to give breakfast at your flat. Food is spicy but if you can eat little bit spicy food you can have it. Also there was an aquaguard in the kitchen for drinking water but i went sick after have it after 3 days. So i am not sure whether it was because of that water or not. There is only one person in a building who is caretaker devapandit. He is used to give you breakfast. He will do bathroom cleaning and room cleaning also in between 11am -1pm. On hygiene i will give 5/10. So, don't book with any mindset like it is luxury apartment. It is just an apartment with kitchen and washing machine and refrigerator was also there with broken freezer. And yes there is lots of food joints and medical stores next to the building. So it was a average stay. I have given detailed review because when i was looking for reviews to book i haven't got any one. And yes it is a 100% genuine and honest review so you can make your decision after reading y review.

Housekeeping staff is good. Some basic issues like insufficient utensils in the kitchen and the water plumbing (throws water out) is an issue. Overall good comfortable stay. Location is a big plus.
