The rooms are average, we booked 2 rooms and the caretaker denied us 2 big rooms after we were settled,instead gave us a smaller room which had a smelly washroom, the caretaker was NOT very helpful , the vibe of the place gets down because of the caretaker .

The place is very clean and near to the city area. The caretaker of this property is very kind and polite. Over all very good experience with this property.

The room and cleanliness are good. But the caretaker was not very helpful. He was asking for money for each and every service we asked. For breakfast the only options available are bread up-ma and poha. That too if you ask for an extra omelet he asks for money.

It was a nice property. But the caretaker was not nice and supportive. We were sitting and chilling in hall. He came and told us please go inside the room as some other party were checking in. No one came. But he slept in the hall. Basically he lied. 3 such lying incident happened.

Location of room in this apartment is best and room is also nee t and clean, area of usage of hall is quite comfortable and kitchen service by attendant is also best, there is no distrubance at all. This location is perfect for business person along with all these amenities i will like to revisit this property again if came for business work, thanks
