Hotel condition is OK. Bathroom & Toilet conditions need to be improved.

Very unfortunately, the hotel agent played with us at the last moment. After collecting the money for return journey to the airport on 27th morning, he spoiled our trip. At 5.30 am in the morning where we were supposed to receive our car, we left clueless for half an hour. In the secluded river bank, my wife and my daughter were waiting and I was running pillar to post to locate the car. A very very disturbing experience which I will never forget ...sorry I chose the hotel...please tell him not to repeat it to anyone......

The location of the hotel was very much convenient and appearance of the hotel was very good. The staff members at the hotel were friendly and good in services. The room allotted to me was good along with required amenities in proper working condition. It was relaxation trip and the destination was really good. My stay was comfortable at this hotel and was worth for the money, I spent.

We stayed in Athena Palace Houseboat on 3rd October 2015. Being off season, I think we were the only customers in houseboat. The food was mouth watering. The spices of Kashmir can be found in food. The service was excellent. Hot water was available in bathroom.
