We liked the hotel. But, few things were not went well. First of all there is no hand wash, no bathroom freshener. Even I requested to provide. But they have not given. Coming to water. There is no separate water bottle or mug for rooms. We have to carry our own water bottle to reception for filling. Basic things are not provided properly. We have to request for each items. Room lighting is very dull.

location good nearest to all places . no food facilities. no wash basin. some tap broken in bathroom. not sure about geyser. no generator. there was power cut happened for 2 hours. but they provided candle. ac in good condition. bath towel provided . electric kettle was there. tv was there. Behaviour of staff is good.

Rooms are spacious, the care taker Sagar helped a lot. Prime location, just near Mysore main bus stand. Although there is no restaurant in the hotel itself, but it is very near to all good restaurants near Mysore bus stand.

Overall experience was good... The hotel is very close to market, railway station, Mysore palace. Its a walkable distance to many tourist spots. The rooms are clean..

Pleasant stay overall. Everything was well organised and staff cooperation was upto the mark.
