Property is a service apartment and having all facilities including kitchen. for food the property is located nearby centre you have personally, otherwise Swiggy, zomato services are available.

We booked for varsha enclave novelty, but before one day they informed through whatsapp that property was not available due to painting works and they allotted us Trinity. But when we went through the videos we didn't find any car parking facilities. Then we contacted them they allotted us Varsha Enclave -Delta with good car parking facilities. Overall experience was excellent.

stay was great, we got 1bhk AC at a affordable price, no complains on anything, parking, flat and interiors were great

The serviced apartment offered a clean and well-maintained room, providing a comfortable environment for relaxation after a long day. The care provided by the caretaker boy was commendable, as he was attentive and ensured all my needs were promptly addressed. The property’s quiet ambiance and convenient location made it ideal for both work and leisure. Overall, i highly recommend varsha enclave novelty for its quality service and excellent hospitality.

House was clean and spacious with balcony. Staff are good and supportive. Easy checkin and checkout. Apartment doesn't have lift facility. Bit far from central mysore. But it was calm. Stove was not provided in kitchen. Had oven and kettle that's all. Cloth pressing/ironing table was not there. Iron box they provided was bad.

This apt is not suitable for family, the apartment was filled with cigarette smell though they cleaned the floor on request. The vessels were in a very poor condition, non stick cookwares( coating of which has worn out years ago, milk vessel and a cooker were given which was not in a usable condition. The only good thing about the apt was the caretaker who was a soft-spoken good guy.

Good place to stay. But there is no lift to go up stairs and everything was good and well maintained.
