There was no parking available for the car. The room had lot of smell. The washroom was not clean and taps were broken

Property location is near Mysore Bus Stand. Rooms were clean. Nice place to stay with car parking and budget friendly

The mattress was of poor quality and the bedsheet had stains on it. no wardrobe facility in any room. Apart from that hotel is very near to the busstand, mysuru palace, market place.

room is not cleaned properly, bathroom very dirty and shower taps are not working properly we are not happy stay in the grandinn hotel

Food and drinking water facilities were not there within Hotel premises. Although we can order water using the reception number. Room cleaning was done but after a while not immediately upon request. Hotel wifi is slow or doesn't work most of the times. Overall the services needs to be improved.

terrible experience at the grand inn, mysore i stayed at the grand inn in mysore yesterday, thinking it was a good choice since it’s just 350 meters from the suburban bus stand. but i truly regret it. i booked a non-ac room , but it was completely unhygienic. the room was not clean, the bed had no bedsheet or towel, and the pillow was untidy. the bathroom was dirty, no hot water came from the tap, and the shower wasn’t working. they also took our photos at check-in and check-out, which felt strange and uncomfortable. just 2 days earlier, i stayed near st. philomena's church for the same price, got a clean ac room, and had a much better experience. 🛑 so my advice: don’t book just because it’s near the bus stand. choose a clean and well-reviewed hotel, even if it's a little farther. a good night's sleep is more important than walking a few extra meters.

The towels were not dry cleaned and night staff was not so supportive also they didn't clean the room neatly.

I first checked in website and found that check in time was 12.00 pm so I called then and asked that can we check in @ 7.00am so that receptionist said it's fine i can check in so i booked the room after i arrived in mysore by 7.00am they said early checking not possible. I had no other choice so they asked me to give 500rs more because of early check in and also they gave me uncleaned room which was smelling very bad of cegerate.

Room size is very small. There is no minimum facilitys like drinking water, brush, paste, car parking ect.

The star was nice and comfortable. The staff was extremely polite. If coming for ssb, this is the place. The ssb centre is merely 15 mins (from auto) from here

actually by mistake i have rated 2 star… supposed to give 1 star….extremely disappointed with the service at this hotel. i checked in at around 11:00 pm as i had an important government exam early the next morning at 7:00 am. i urgently needed a printout of my e-call letter and requested the hotel staff for just one print. i even told them that i was ready to pay for it, but they still denied helping me. at that hour, all nearby shops were closed, and this was a critical situation for me. despite repeated polite requests and explaining the urgency, the staff showed no empathy or basic hospitality. a hotel should be supportive in such genuine circumstances. sadly, this experience showed me how little they care about their guests. would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone who expects even minimal cooperation from the staff
