Amazing stay at the property, which is well maintained and has the nicest hosts. The location is easy to find, food is available on service and you get to meet other solo travellers which is always a great experience. The views from the property are the absolute highlight.

I called the property before booking to know if late check in between 1-2am is possible. I was promised it was fine and there would be a security guard. I was also given the phone number of the manager. She told me to call him. When I reached the place, there was no security. Manager didn’t pick up the phone. So, in the middle of the night, I had to call up other properties for a stay and travel again. In the morning, I get a message from the lady saying that I should have called the manager earlier. When I had made the booking and called her to confirm, how’s it my responsibility to call the manager? It’s an internal issue. In any case, because I made the booking and they’d get a notification about my booking, if they were leaving the stay, why didn’t they call me? Instead of address the issue, all she did was justify what she did. Pathetic! And no refund so far! This is day light stealing and arrogance.
