I have booked a room and i reached hotel from a security gaurd told no online payment only so i have told i have booked not not accepted then i have called customer executive for refund not response when i called hotel people then asking to contact team

Very hygienic place, good host, clean room you can access the common area its sufficient for 7 people.

Pros: 1. Location: located in the central, well connected, posh, and quiet gokulam neighbourhood, where all the yoga folks are based. Great cafes, restaurants, markets in easy walking distance. 2. Cost: priced well for the facilities provided - modern rooms with en-suite baths, water dispensers and iron boards on each floor, dining, cloak room, bicycle hire, all available. 3. Safety & security: guard on duty 24x7, takes interest and does the job with diligence cons: 1. Maintenance: the bathrooms look like they've never been deep cleaned. Fixtures are poorly maintained. Our bathroom had a massively leaking pipe which on complaining was merely physically manipulated to decrease the leakage without being repaired or even temporarily fixed with a sealant/tape/cloth wrap. 2. Design: the washbasin is outside the bathroom, the order of the shower and toilet are interchanged, there are no hooks on the door to hang clothes, towel rack is placed on the wall adjacent to the commode. 3. Inflexibility: check in (10 am) and checkout (9 am) are inconvenient for most. Breakfast doesn't start until 8:30 am so if you've booked a room with breakfast, and need to start the day early, you'd never be able to catch it. Staff refused to substitute it with tea/coffee and/or snacks in the evening, even though these are served on order at extra cost and that's the time people are more likely to be back in the hostel. If the reception staff takes more interest and is more hospitable, and the rules more traveller friendly, this could be a great place and give the more modern travellers hostel chains and local establishments a run for their money!

I stayed for two days in iyh mysore, the location is very approachable from railway station. Rooms are neat and clean, however in some rooms there are damages in the bath room doors. The foods served are quite good and other amenities are satisfactory.

Place is average. Service & food was good. Place especially bathrooms need to be much cleaner though.

Rooms were good. Linen was also good and fresh from a wash. Only, the taps in the bathroom were leaking. Food was ok for the price.

We are team 7 members, area is peaceful and room is spacious but 1 toilets 1 bath room is not comfortable, staff not co operation

Property is old. Decently maintained. Rooms are decently sized. Overall good for a quick night stay. Location wise property is in one of the big residential area of mysore. So access wise it is easy. Food need to be pre-ordered. I could not eat. Place can get swiggy delivery as many food joints are within 1km radius. Overall a good budget stay

Had a nice stay at youth hostel. It’s equipped with all basic amenities. Nothing fancy but peaceful location with nice food. Staff is very cooperative and helpful.

The google rating is fake. Reception guy had a very wrong attitude. Washroom was terrible, sinking water, dirty, and was very congested. Utter poor services.

The locality is good. You get a basic room with a good bed and silent environment. There will be no soap and shampoo so make sure to carry your own. Rest towel and chadar was provided.

Value for money. Clean and neat rooms. Dont expect luxury. Far away from busstand. Need to depend on taxi if you have work in city. Overall worth for money you pay for dormetry

Simple but lovely room. Simple but tasty food. Excellent hospitality. Amazing people. Wonderful experience.

The rooms are good and affordable. You won't get wifi inside the room. Wifi is only available near the reception. Lift is there. Parking is available. It's the best place to stay if you are travel-ling solo.

Excellent. Hygienic room and healthy food. Nice surrounding with restaurants especially chickpet done biryani, green leaf hotel, nalpak nearby along with leisure park.

No proper electricity supply been there for an interview, could not focus due to heat and no electricity. Food was pretty decent and room service wasok

Excellent place to stay for solo and family travellers, staff is very good and helping. Very quit place to stay and relax with tasty food.

The staff was very friendly, peaceful location, very neat and tidy property. Rooms were very good. The provide food and laundry services as well. Best place for backpackers. I liked it. I would recommend it for everyone.👍🏻

Good place to relax and enjoy your time. Nearby park to get walking in the morning. Will recommend to my friends when they get here
