Good location and easy access to nearby places. However, the overall stay was below expectations. The hotel does not have its own dining facility, though they include complimentary breakfast in the bill. Breakfast is arranged from a nearby restaurant and served in the room, which is not very convenient. Room size and furniture are not suitable for dining as there’s no table provided, and no cupboard or almirah for keeping clothes. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, and hot water was not available. Staff behaviour was polite but service quality needs improvement. Overall, the cost does not justify the facilities provided. The hotel has good potential with better maintenance and amenities.

The location according to my visit was very good, however, there was no premises of the hotel hence, there was no parking. I had to park my car across the road, on the opposite side where in it was not safe. There was no food facility of the hotel. The food that they were bringing from the restaurant from across the road had limited choice. The Manager & the owner were good & courteous however, there was only one concierge for the entire hotel who only knew Kannada & it was very difficult to communicate with him. The room when handed over to me had small hair strewn all over the floor & at some places on the bed too, when I informed regarding the same, they just said that it was cleaned & also apologised but it wasn't cleaned again at that time! There was only limited provision for hot water in the washroom & even the towel wasn't provided at the first instance, I had to ask for it. There were no slippers also. All in all, the value for money has not been kept in mind & amenities that are mentioned during booking are not exactly what it should be.

The location is excellent. The room is just big enough to stand around the bed. The toilets are raised by 18” from bedroom floor. The WC is old and dirty. No hot water. Leaky connection pipes and angle valves.

Toilet was not uptomark...not clean...even no hangers .....over all not worth for the given money ..it's just hyped they only name it as best hotel in mysore....even make my trip did not check their name... helping them claim by giving "best hotel in mysuru" in their name only...I feel it would have been better if you had noticed it so that customers won't get I Misinformation

Close to all tourist places , good service by staff . I would definitely visit again , very close to mysore palace. Best hotel stay in Mysore. I can visit with my family best service from the staff.

The bathroom was so dirty. They didn't even clean it although they knew we were coming.

It was nice stay. Rooms are good but washroom could be better. Breakfast was decent. All staffs are helpful.

We didn’t get a room with proper amenities, our door wasn’t being locking properly and the bed that was given wasnt clean

I stayed at Addhuri Comforts Inn during my visit to Mysore. While the room was fairly okay and the staff were polite and helpful, I faced several inconveniences that affected my overall experience. The bathroom was not very clean and, more importantly, there was no hot water available, which was quite disappointing. Another major issue was the parking. The listing clearly mentioned that parking is available, but on arrival, I found there was no dedicated parking space. I had to leave my car parked on a busy road right in front of the hotel, which felt unsafe and was quite frustrating. Due to these issues, I decided to check out early and book another hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it for those traveling by car or expecting basic amenities like hot water.

Location was very good and then staff were very cooperative in every aspect and excellent. But the room was average and the bathroom was not upto the mark.

The room was way too small for 4 of us, although they provided a small extra mattress, only 2 people could fit in the bed. So the room is not nice for 4 people family
