Hot colder not working even geaser not available.. In this rainy season solar not working except this evrythn good Ok

The room is not properly cleaned. Hair from previous occupants is not cleaned and the room stinks of cigarette smoke.

Overpriced rooms. Bedsheets and bathroom needs to be renewed. Location is good. Shower was not working. Totally not worth for that price.

toilet un cline... bed cover darty... romm bad smell.... Total room is worst...... service is good and food also good...

It’s wonderful and near to every location like zoo,planetarium and palace.Good service.Need to change check in out time procedures

It was an average experience my arrival was not so good on my floor one buy lying down on his lungi which was fully up he was in his underwear. I had to literally ask the bell boy if the hotel is safe. I didn't felt safe. The cleanliness was also an issue i dint consider this as a 3 star property.

It was very bad, no good service, employees were not attending with good behaviour. They have by themselves provided us early checkin and next day troubled us to get out of the property before the check out time

The rate was pretty high as we booked during the dussehra time. Two half litre water bottles, two glasses and an empty flask were available in the room. Also they provided two bath towels too. A tv, two chairs, a small teapoy and a shelf with a long mirror was available. The hotel is located near or mysore railway station (around 3. 3 km)

Room had a very bad pungent smell, and the floor was full of insects crawling all over. Even the bedsheets and towels smelled bad. Bathroom was not clean. I arrived early in morning around 5 am, it was quite dark, but i had difficulty finding the hotel as there was no light at all in the reception and/or the front porch for me to recognise it.

No proper maintenance, no cleaning very bad experience, i suggest don’t go there. Very very poor service

The room size were good, they have all facilities but the hotel has one liqour store at ground floor. Overall stay was good but there was a smell coming in from bathroom.

The location was good but the rooms, washrooms, bedsheets & towels were all strained and dirty. Not upto the mark at all. Also, no water being included in the package. No thanks

Hotel is located near to mysore palace and couple of other places tourists want to visit. Hotel staff's are very good. Rooms are spacious and moderately clean. Good economy hotel.

Hotel is ok. Cleaning must be improved. Staffs ok. In service, property is located near to zoo, mirror museum, aquarium, palace. Etc. Near by lots of vegetarian hotels available. In walking distance. Tq

The service was really bad. We had to wait a long time to get our ordered food. The mattress was not good. We got back pain after spending a night

Not worth the price. Toilets are not clean and dirty bed sheets. Location wise good. Close to zoo and restaurants.

The hotel was in a good location. It's mostly good for bachelors. For couples it's not good dude to disturbances and alcohol smell in the rooms. The staff was demanding a tip
