The owner was religiously biased and asked about my religious identity explicitly during the check in and enquired about my caste. I didn't like their behaviour. The room was well furnished but poorly kept. The room they assigned me was filled with cigarette smoke and it was choking there. When I told them about this , instead of changing my room they put an unbranded soap solution fragrance spray into the room. Of course it didn't work and I suffocated there the whole night. There are no drinking facilities and the area is cut off from the main city so no quick commerce reaches there and even food delivery comes there with a long hour delay. The room bedsheets were not cleaned and the room was full of dirt. The bed and the blanket were very dirty and the bathroom was very unhygienic.

Room was clean and nice, had the initial hiccups when room was not allotted in the sa. E floor but after talking with concern person it was resolved. One thing to note, there isn't any restaurant in hotel or nearby. Also, there is no lift and it was bit difficult for my father. Overall good experience and no complaints.

We went with family and hotel in 8 km away from city. Rooms are good and neat with amenities would have given 5 but no pleasant experience while check in as no one available and ward boy is busy cleaning. We have booked 3 rooms but 1 room was not ready when we reach hotel. This is very disappointing as we have reached hotel at 7pm room should be ready to use at 12pm but it was not cleaned even at 7pm. Also noticed that rooms have cleaned just before we reached as floors are wet and toilet are dirty and half cleaned and liquid still in the toilet bucket. Feel like no one used the rooms long time. Other than above we enjoyed staying here and amenities are well occupied.

Too far from Bus stand and other connectivities and that area was fully isolated from Restaurants. especially not good for longer stay.
