Review Of Amrita Executive Hotel

Quality of rooms were average. AC not working. Got the room changed then it worked. Standard not good. Need to improve.

I boarded on 16 9 pm and vacated at 19 11 pm. I payed extra 1500/-. More over i not stayed there 20th

Hotel was good, Room was also good but had lot of outside noise of exhaust system of hotel...food was good but Room service was not so good..overall ok

Staff not at all professional, Not a professional behaviour by staff

list of issue faced: 1) Early check in requested but they denied so that we trouble in morning to find another hotel pay them. 2) Room size is very small 3) TV is not working, power plugged broken 4) Bathroom is not good

MMT helped me to search the Good hotel within my budget. The hotel staff was good . The food quality was delicious and reasonable also.

It was good and short stay. The restaurant is good and is on ground floor. Toiletries were provided.

I had a very good experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy, and staff was very co-operative. Cleaning service on time, and bathrooms had hot water available at all time.

Lift was shut, senior citizens had to walk up 2 floors. There was some foul smell in the food. And cockroaches in the room. Bathrooms were not clean.

Property is at an easily accessible location. Rooms are also good and spacious compared to other hotels in the vicinity that we hv been. Overall had a good and comfortable stay. Only problem had been the check-out timing which was pretty unusual (10:00am.

The hotel doesn't start breakfast buffet before 830 which is too late. There was no hot water in the evening for bathing. No ice available for injury, which was unbelievable

Morning checkin time 12 pm but including breakfast we have booked. On that case we can't able to get breakfast. Please consider above that.

The hotel room was just ok. But the corridor was all messed up. Breakfast was limited only also it was horrible to eat. Even the coffee was very bad to taste.

I booked this hotel and i found that it's too far from station and in opposite direction of my work. i immediately call your help centre person. Mr. who attended call. He called hotel staff and request them to cancel booking but they refused. I personally called hotel to cancel booking. They denied. I once again called your customer support team whether i should go to hotel or not. I have been told to take this hotel only and informed that cancellation will not be possible. I had to stay hotel forcefully because i had already paid for it
