Overall the location and service was good staffs were also cooperative there was proper hygiene in the rooms

Room was not properly clean, not any way for ventilation. Check in was easy enough, not any problem there. Room was too small for 2 people.

Staying hear is good not so bad staff is always chill no worry from the hotel and couples can feel safe over here

1.Room was not so clean and neet as per the description provided. 2.They didnt even provide an Mineral wate bottel. 3.Cupboard and other funiture were totally broke. 4.Very disturbing smell was coming from the room 5.I asked them to change my room. They simply said We dont have any rooms but there were availablity of the rooms. 6.Toilets were not Clean and neet.

I booked hotel from make my trip n i paid the amount of room. When i go the hotel they denied my check in and told me all rooms are fully booked. Even i paid the amount i got confirmation of hotel pearl booking then they dont allow. They also said me its not our responsibility by very rudely the staff was very bad word use when conversation is going on. I raised the complaint but mmt not receiving the call n not reply on msg. So please check before to pay from mmt. Even i dont get refund till.

Bathroom are not clean bed is not clean we asked them to clean but they were not listening it's treble
