Review Of Agarwal Guest House

Room quality is not good. Online picture of room and actual picture of room is too much difference. Inside room proper door lock also not there. I am suggest to every don't book room online. Better to go there lots of rooms are available there with same price or little bit less also. In front of me, hotel person gave ac room to one customer in rupees only and i checked the room quality is also good.

1. We reached at night, the manager provided room to us. Before that i tried several times to contact and share the details of my itinerary, however manager failed. Manager did not receive my call. 2. I booked my hotel room with rs. and discounts rs. 70. However after reaching hotel manager charged us additional amount and i paid total rs. 3. I extended my stay for one more day and manager charged rs for day-2. 4. Again i extended for 3rd day of my stay and manager charged rs. +gst rs. 150. He said that you are lucky one since there is scarcity of room. 5. The actual cost of the room is rs +gst. For three days one should pay rs. +gst. However manager forced me to pay double amounts. Otherwise leave the room. 6. The actual room and the pictures given are different looks. 7. Inside of room you will find spiders and its net, centipede, rats were moving in floor at night.

Mmt making fool to customers so dont trust

The hotel, the room, toilets all are worst. All were pathetic

Worry service no hot water and geyser in room, no bath towel, no proper cable connection, rooms are very small and not clean, all furniture was in very bad condition, i faced lot of issue on this room, as per photo it's not accrual,

When we reached the hotel at night, owner said the room we booked wasn't available, only upgrade room is available and we have to pay extra for it. He tried to rip us off. We were stranded there without room even after making the payments. After a lot of trying to get in touch with mmt, issue was resolved after one hour. If u book here, always keep letting them know repeatedly so they don't give your room to someone else before u reach there.

It was a small room bad food quality

We stayed in Agarwal Guest House for 1 night. The rooms were spacious and very neat and clean. The ordered foods taste was good. I will say it's a value for money.

They changed there name from Agarwal Guest to royal Agarwal Guest House but as they said they find is expensive to update the name with MMT, too difficult to find the hotel because of name and location, 2) At 9 degree temperature they do not have hot water facility to take bath, not even the cold water to take bath. Manager excuse was wen generator is on water heater doesn't work. Even the water pump doesn't work to supply water to washroom. 3) Food was not at all good just we do not have any option rather than have food from the Agarwal Guest House. Over all experience with family was pathetic. Not at all a family hotel. Pathetic simply pathetic.

Not Worth for the money, too costly for stay as well for breakfast to.

I booked this hotel to stay for a night with my family while traveling between Lucknow and Delhi. We reached the hotel at around 9 Pm, the check-in process was smooth, we were taken directly to our rooms first and I came down to check in later. This was great as we were traveling with an infant and he was asleep, I would have hated waiting in the lobby with my kid while checking in. The rooms were small but the hotel staff was kind enough to upgrade one of the rooms. We asked for warm milk to feed the baby but when the milk was delivered we found it to be skimmed, when we complaint about that to the team they ensured that they serve better quality milk, they went the extra mile and arranged it from outside the hotel in the middle of the night. In the morning we ordered breakfast and I must say that the food served was of great quality. We ordered paranthas, poori bhaji and chai and we ended up ordering more. The only downside was that the hotel was located in a small stinky alley but there was no stink inside the hotel. Location is not bad either, Taj Mahal and Agra Fort are less than 3 kms away. This Guest House provides good value for money, staff is polite, courteous and willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and food is just awesome. If you are looking to stay in Agra on a budget, look no further.
