My stay at goverdhan hotel was a nightmare. Upon arrival, the property owner initially denied check-in despite my valid booking. He was demanding an additional booking and extra cash payment. But after a heated argument, he reluctantly allowed me to check in but the room was in horrible condition: no cleanliness, the geyser didn’t work, there was no dustbin, the tv was non-functional, and they didn’t even provide towels. This place lacks basic amenities and hospitality. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid at all cost

Its prison not hotel

Worst experience ever. It looks like damaged property. No one was there at reception for 20 mins. Rooms were dirt and ugly with no room service no lift phone not working and no one to attend you. Its not a hotel its a prison. You could book to punish yourself.

It was terrible to visit hotel goverdhan. I went, i saw, i came out. I didn't stay. It was in bad shape, bed and linen were untidy, stinky smell was everywhere. How can you offer and how can any family stay there. On the same price there are many more hotels in agra. There was no option to cancel my booking even if i didn't get any refund. I am not going to book through mmt again.
