Review Of 7 Malai Residency Munnar

No Soap , paste, towel , no hot water , not worthy for 1600 inr, price is too high for these kind of rooms

Hotel is located in a very picturesque location. Overall it was a grt stay.

There is nothing good about the hotel. Only the staff there is very good and careful but the washroom and bedroom there are very dirty and there is no way to go where to go out?

Far from road point...No taxis or autos available...It is okay only for bikers...Food not available at the resort...make my trip app shows wrong location of the resort...follow googlemaps for correct location...finally not suggested ...never trust makemytrip app

The owner of the hotel came drunk at night and took our driver's car to his house and since it was his hotel, he fought with the driver and threatened him, but he called the police, he is known to the police as he is a local criminal, the police took his side, andSince there was no refandebal, we cut our trip down to 2 days of their terror

The room wasn't clean even after we said to clean and the curtains are full of dust and washroom wasn't neat at all

The overall stay was very satisfying, especially the view of the property is very beautiful, it is located in the middle of tea plantation which provide a quite and fresh staycation, sreenath the caretaker of the property guided us to the top the mountain through the tea plantation’s which was so beautiful, especially the view from the top which covers the entire view of the munnar town

I'm very disappointed. I went to munnar for 1st time and it was a very bad experience. The information provided about the hotel is all incorrect. 1. There is no restaurant or kitchen. Doesn't not provide even a clean cup of tea or coffee. 2. No packaged drinking water available. 3. The hotel is 10 mins walk from main road and roads are bad. Both for cars and walking. 4. Food has to be ordered online. They don't help with anything. 5. Rooms are small, smelly and and filled with insects. 6. Overall pathetic experience
