A-cabin stay is the best and picturesque location. Amenities can be made better although we can’t expect resort type stay.

We got stay at a frame cabin with less privacy !! Not well .mainted stay .. in between we dont have the privacy we saw a drown flying in front of our stay!! That was really weired !

We had a great stay at Willmount in the weekend . The place is beautiful with a peaceful climate, perfect for a weekend getaway. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The location is scenic and ideal for relaxing, and we especially enjoyed the trekking experience arranged by the property. Overall, a wonderful stay with good hospitality—highly recommended!

The stay is in a very peaceful location, the view outside the cabin is also good. The windows should be kept closed at all times otherwise small insects will get inside the room.

Pro - A frame cabins’ experience. Cons - oo much of insects in the top bed in the a frame room. One day it rained in the morning and there were too many winged termites entered the room from the gap under the doors. Food options are limited. They run a cloud kitchen, so need to order food a day in advance and have to eat inside the room. Not so convenient.

I stayed in a couple's cabin for one night. I booked it at the last minute because we started our vacation a day earlier than planned and needed a place to stay. We checked in late as we had been traveling most of the day. Despite arriving after sundown, the staff was very welcoming, and the hospitality was excellent. The food was great, and the room was clean. The highlight of the stay was waking up to birds in the trees around us in the morning. The balcony had a nice view, though some of it was obscured by tall trees. The room was quite small but sufficient for a one-night stay. Additionally, there was a common campfire at night, which was a nice touch.

Absolute nonsense room. No ac. Insects all around. Stupid location. No sense people. No food. Wierd

Excellent service. The food was also delicious.

1) uneven mattress caused severe pain in my lower back. 2) as the property does not have a restaurant facility the food provided via cloud kitchen was horrible and tasteless. 3) slow room service, personnel working there was not familiar with the language/ english or even malayalam which is local. 4) the limited food menu is acceptable but the quality is very poor. 5) the service/ quality provided at the price point was not satisfactory, anyone can find a better stay with the same view or better at a lesser price in munnar.
