Good but not easy for elder people very steep way to reach up but place is good neat and clean I couldn’t lift my bike up there for steepy way Not at all recommend for aged people

very very bad experience
Very bad experience I will suggest no one will book this hotel Owner behavior is very rude and bad Rooms are dirty Bad location like an abandoned place Parking is not available When we reached there in the rain and there was no one there to receive us and the owner shouted at us Hotel root is very risky there is no way to reach that hotel with any vehicle Please don't waste your money and time They will spoil your tour...

Dear Vinod Suthur We would like to clarify that this guest had originally gone to another property named Peters Mount Resort instead of 3R Residency, where their actual booking was made. They later called us requesting to transfer their booking to that other property. We informed them that they could cancel their booking with us and proceed with their preferred place. However, they decided not to cancel the booking. Also, the photos attached to this review are not from our property. They appear to be from a different hotel, which makes this review misleading for future guests. We always aim to provide a clean, comfortable stay and honest service to every guest who actually checks in with us. Excellent Stay
Our stay was very comfy and good. The location of the stay was pretty good. The view from the terrace is very beautiful. owner was very helpful.

Due to chuteny strain in bed sheet the owner charged 2500 extra for not cleaning bed sheet.for cleaning he charged entire bedsheet

Hi Jagannath V , Throughout your stay , you were heavily intoxicated ,and in that state, you soiled the bed, leaving the bedsheet and duvet cover damaged beyond use .For this reason, the cost of replacement has been charged to you. Please understand that our rooms are meant for accommodation and rest, not for the careless destruction of the furnishings.
A Perfect Stay with Heartfelt Hospitality at 3R Reside
We were a group of 4 friends who stayed at 3R Residency in Munnar, and our experience was nothing short of excellent! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a peaceful stay amidst the beautiful surroundings of Munnar. But what truly made our trip memorable was the hotel manager. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to guide us throughout our stay. From suggesting the best local spots to visit, to helping us plan our day trips efficiently, his support made our Munnar experience smooth and enjoyable. It felt like we had a local friend in Munnar who genuinely cared about our comfort and experience. We wholeheartedly recommend 3R Residency not just for the stay, but for the warm and personalized hospitality. Special thanks to the manager for being so welcoming and supportive!

Nice quiet spot with good peop
The property was in a quiet spot just on the edge of town. Everything was clean and the rooms were comfortable. Shaiju was an excellent host and always helpful with any questions you had. It was a nice quiet spot to base out of for exploring the area. We met a lot of good people over the week we spent here.

The dorm room was excellent and tidy, the only flaw is the way to reach the place the road is to steep and normal vehicle struggle to climb! leaving that everything else was good.

2 days in 3r residency
Pros: 1. Nice location view. 2. Polite people. 3. Clean and spacious room 4. A common kitchen is there, we can do simple cooking if we want. 5. Worth for money. Cons: 1. There is a very lengthy slope to reach this property, however property person is helping you to drop and pick up from hotel to road via slope. So dependency is there. 2. This place (anachal) is less cooler than munnar city center.

Great Stay
coupleWe had a wonderful stay, the view from balcony is awesome…totally worth the money. Shaiju is a great host …great place for couple…the road to the hill is bit steep for bike riders first time.Shaiju is always ready to come down the hill to help you!
