Washroom is not up to the standard. Serving utensils not clean. Blankets not clean. Room is spacious and neat.

Disgusting. Completely different rooms, beds are too much noisy, anybody can hear from outside that what u r talking, room gate also required repair

Rest room is very bad. No lift facility. Ac is not working. No ventilation. I have checked at around 23. 30 hrs and the asked me to checkout at 12. 00hrs but you sent a message that i can stay up to 23. 59 hours so please sent a clear staying time. Better don't recommend

It was good over all experience, hotel location nearest from railway Station, very good cooperative staff and well behaved. The ordered food was not much good. Over all it was a good stay thanks to hotel Plaza entire team. We are looking forward.

The hotel's location is the plus point being so near the new Delhi railway Station. Nice friendly staff. Bathroom was good. The extra small bed came handy for the family.

The hotel is very close to new delhi railway station as well as metro station yellow line. Staffs were well behaved. Room was not too big but clean. Room service was excellent. Quite satisfactory.

It is actually a gem of a hotel for the common man. It is located super close to the railway station you can literally see it it has the airport line orange line metro station near it and also the blue line metro station near it. You can order food in your room or can even go to the restaurant within the hotel. You get hot water almost in all parts of the day. Normal water 24 x 7. The room service is very good and swift. They will clean your room everyday and even arrange your clothes in proper place while you might be out touring. It is very safe. They provide basic toilet soaps and towels there is filtered water available for drinking any time or you can even get bottled water. They can arrange you a taxi for tour purposes, though a bit costly yet it is still very safe. The hotel managers are very courteous and will help you with anything possible. There's terrace where you can let your clothes dry, which is very much necessary if you are a tourist and need to wash your clothes. Lastly the rooms are quite spacious and there is no pests or even one mosquito. Only problem is that there is no mobile tower signal, but they have fast wi-fi, so internet is not a problem. All in one great hotel to be at value for.
The staffs are extremely helpful and polite. The taxi service from the hotel was also good. Room service was swift and they will go distances to please you. Superbly close to railway and metro stations. They also guided us to visit be gala places as we were from Bengal. Its actually a gem of a hotel.
