Hotel All Time@5mins Walk From NDLS Rail Stn

The room was not cleaned properly, the ac was not functioning, and the bed linens were dirty. Additionally, the key card for the room did not work, causing further inconvenience.

Room is clean. Staff behaviour is good. Hotel location also very near r k ashram metro station.

The staff is very supportive, food quality and room hygiene are good. The location is just near by the new delhi railway stations.

The Hotel all time residency is Rooms are perfect for me good and clean that i expected than more but the way of hotel is very difficult to find and go that's the minus point of hotel And others are perfect ok.

Wrong location on mmt. Totally harassment i paid for and it was such a horrible experience and service

The room bedding was dirty, and there were many clear stains on the blanket. I had to argue with service people to change it. I had to ask for toiletries, fresh towels. The window curtains were falling down, and i had to fix it myself. For a super-deluxe stay, this should not be the case. This was my fifth stay there, and this is not what i was hoping for. Disappointed.

Overpriced

Poor housekeeping, they will keep turning the ac off multiple times in a day and you have to keep calling their reception for the same. Doesn't take any mode of payment but cash, have poor cleanliness, worst path to reach the hotel, it is not at the location shown in map, it is in a shady lane behind other hotels. No proper bill or tax invoice. Won't replace toiletries or put fresh towels when asked to prep the room, nor will clean the washroom.

Room & bathroom quality is not good. Room was not kept ready even though booking was done earlier
