Denied to stay and harassed my family

familyI booked for my family for my sis mother and small baby. They reached hotel around 10 night and staff denied to check in. They said their hotel is expensive and can't allow to check in. They asked to pay more and book there itself. We had paid already. They asked to cancel. But my sister argument around 30 mins. Later they asked to show id hard copy. Sis had hard copy aadhar but mother has only aadhar photo. They refused to accept that. Such a rude and inhuman staffs. After so much discussion they finally allowed check in. I never had such terrible experience in my life. I am a travel blogger but never been through this.

It was most unhygienic hotel i ever seen

Never book this hotel gyus. Inner part hair were scattered all over wash room. Wash room was so that you can't even step inside. They even didn't get me a pillo. Windows were broken. Lights were not working. Bedsheets were filthy. Even they will not offer you a glass of water. They will ask for extra money as well.
