An okayish hotel

Firstly, during our check in although I was upgraded to a triple AC room by make my trip, but I was given a double room specifying the reason that I paid for double room. Secondly, although there was a guaranteed late check out by 2 hours, they said we cant give such service since its by the MMT not by the hotel. I expected a better hospitality from them, I guess, that should not have been set from beginning.

Good But not recommended for long stay.

Overall, the stay met expectations. On the last day, there was a technical issue, and the water supply was unavailable for about 1 hour in the morning. However, the staff was supportive and helped promptly once the issue was noticed. Challenges faced: No visitors allowed — this makes it difficult to have meetings with office colleagues if required. No food delivery personnel allowed to the room door — guests have to collect orders themselves. No basic amenities provided such as slippers, hair oil, comb, dental kit. No almirah available for storing clothes. Only one power socket in the room, which means you must choose between charging your laptop, mobile, earphones, or plugging in a mosquito repellent.

I had a really great stay at this hotel. The rooms were super spacious and comfortable — way more room than I expected, which made it easy to relax and settle in. The service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and you could tell the staff really cared about making guests feel welcome.
