Good service, people are also good, they have managed it well.

I recently stayed at The Oak plaza delhi, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated — I especially appreciated the attention to detail in cleanliness and amenities. The location was perfect, close to New Delhi Railway station. Special Thanks to Mr Pradeep Ji for hospitality and support. Overall, This hotel exceeded my expectations. I felt relaxed and well taken care of throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting to Delhi.

Nightmare to stay in this hotel. Very small rooms no service. Even they are charging for water. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone

My overall stay at Hotel Oak Plaza was good, but there were a few issues. I would rate the hotel 3 stars overall. We faced a recurring problem with our room door lock, which kept getting stuck. The hotel lift was also not functioning properly, and the cleanliness was just average.

Location is good. It’s good for stay of 2-3 persons. Food is ok. Good stay for 1-2 nights. Staffs are ok.

Great stay, the staff was good and supportive, very good ambience

Night manager was really good. Mr. Deep Kumar helped us immensely in arranging for taxis in New Ddlhi. However, the other person was terrible who tells his staff to listento him and keep guest waiting. This unprofessionalism seems to extend with staff members where apart from one or two, you have to follow up real hard. Lastly, property is no way a 4 star property. It qualifies as 2 pr 3 star property

🌟 Hotel Review: Oak Plaza, Paharganj, Delhi We had a very disappointing experience during our recent stay at Hotel Oak Plaza in Paharganj, Delhi. 🔹 Service Delays: Basic services like tea, water, or housekeeping took over 30 minutes, every time. Despite multiple reminders, the response remained extremely slow. 🔹 Towels Not Provided: We waited an entire day just to receive towels. When asked, the staff casually said there was a “shortage due to monsoon.” This is unacceptable for any hotel in the hospitality business. 🔹 Poor Meal Quality & Insensitive Response: We had included meals in our package — but were served a basic fixed thali, which was limited in quantity. One guest requested Jain food (without onion/garlic) due to fasting during Sawan. Not only did they serve regular food, but when we pointed out the error, the replacement meal still had onion in the paneer sabji. The staff’s response was shockingly casual: “Itna hi pyaaz aaya hai, kabhi kabhi ho jata hai.” Due to this negligence, one guest had to sleep without food that night. Extremely disappointing. 🔹 Rusty and Unclean Amenities: The electric kettle in the room was rusty and dusty — unfit for use. 🔹 Overall Hospitality: The hotel fails to meet even basic hospitality standards. There was no courtesy, no care, and no professionalism in service. ⸻ 👎 In Summary: From basic hygiene to food sensitivity, everything was mishandled. I strongly do not recommend this property. They don’t deserve even a zero — if possible, my rating would be negative. – Extremely dissatisfied guest

The hotel is nice. Room is also nice but the management is worst. We called them for hot water in tap and they literally ignored us for 3 hours straight, then i yelled at them for the same and they hanged my phone. Then next morning i called reception for cutlery and they again ignored us. We literally ate without cutlery. But there is this girl in management who is good and is helping and only she made pur stay peaceful. Although my late checkout request was taken graciously. So overall stay is nice .
