Review Of Novotel Phuket Resort

Excellent location, great food, friendly staff. Rooms were spacious and clean. Location was close to phuket carnival magic and aquaria phuket

The stay was 9k and not at all to novotel standards. The room were not well maintained and had ants and bugs all around. They were charging for the plates and spoons. Never seen that.

Novotel Resort and Spa Phuket has breathtaking view of fron sea view. My offered did not have seaview but Hotel informed that seaview rooms are available at extra cost. During breakfast you can view full seaview. Infinity pool is also available. Overall very happy with stay experience.

The resort’s location is fantastic, and the sea view rooms offer stunning views. The staff are courteous and helpful, making the stay pleasant. However, the breakfast spread could be improved.

Overall experience was very good. Only thing i would like to recommend is to improve your food taste and variety in breakfast spread.

Absolutely loved the stay in Novotel Phuket Resort. With serene views, clean and spacious rooms, plenty of food options in breakfast to Friendly and helpfull staff, everything was great!!

Property is superb, Indian breakfast has limited options, location is best near Patong Beach, 7-Eleven is also nearby. Overall, it's the best hotel, but it's very costly during festival time. The bed 🛌 is very big, but they didn't allow my son in the same room, so I booked another room for him, which was very costly for me.

The hotel is at excellent location. Room quality is ok not good not upto the mark of Novotel as saw red ants at places bathroom equipment and corners not well maintained. Room Service is not good you have to keep waiting . Ground staff in charge of Shuttle , pick up n drop facility are excellent n courtesies. Make sure you walk a lot to explore the property. Nearby attraction is Patong Beach

The place is very well located, being near the beach and the main market, you can just walk your way around. The room was decent, with the balcony offering the sea view being the highlight. The bathroom was cramped with the shower space being directly under the bath tub, which made bathing extremely inconvenient. The housekeeping and other services were unresponsive most of the time. We had to think twice even before ordering a bottle of water because we knew we'd be made to wait an hour. The overall experience was average, but if you love a sea view at a decent price, go for it.

Staying at Novotel was such an amazing experience. I had stayed in a deluxe room with sea view. The view was breathtaking. Amenities, services, hospitality was great. The resort has a spa and the experience was so relaxing.

Location of the hotel and views from the hotel are awesome. Excellent stay will definitely recommend.

Not at par in definition of 4 star property . Reception staff behaviour was too Rude. complained about House keeping was totally ignored . Room s were dampy and moist. this is old structure . you have to climb about 8 ft to reach up to elevator. Boasting about Indian chef n food but Chef was not found during entire 3 days stay Breakfast was not up to mark in terms of taste n variety. Travel desk provided misleading data on booking of Phi phi iceland tour about type of speed boat and ultimately we had to suffer lots of inconvenience . only drop from hotel to Airport deserves Five star rating with respect to Driver co operation n safe driving attitude. over all it is not valued for money only location is Five stasr Not at par in definition of 4 star property .
