Room maintenance is excellent. Breakfast spread is too good. Location is the best. Swimming pool for the kids and slides are fun.

We spent 5 nights at Courtyard Marriott at Phuket with family and had an exceptional experience. Clean and hygienic rooms, courteous staff, great breakfast spread, three diffraction pools with one being fun pool with slides for kids!! Loads of fun within the resort itself.. would definitely recommend this resort.

Hotel is in a good location in Patong and has access to the beach .... excellent swimming pools and good service

The location was good. The food and room were excellent

The property was awesome. I had a 3 year old kid and there have a great kids swimming pool and a kids playing zone. Hotel Location was great just walking distance from main market, Bangla Road and patong beach. The breakfast spread was also great with decent Indian food menu. Overall a great stay at the property.

Hotel is much bigger than the pics show. It's got 4 swimming pools - 2 for adults, 2 for kids. The kids pools have lot of slides etc so we didn't feel the need to go to the water parks. Breakfast spread was good! pizzeria was amazing - tiramisu one of the best i've had. Rooms were comfortable, cozy. Service at front desk, room service, restaurants all excellent. Location couldn't be better - walking distance from restaurants, shops, malls and across the road from the beach. Would highly recommend!

Mystay was satisfactory. The first 2 nights they gave me a bad room, facing the parking lot. The water pressure and temp in the shower were both inadequate. And the noise from the hard rock cafe next door was v annoying at night. Managed to change my room for the next 2 nights which was much much better. Overall, the staff is friendly, place is well maintained. They need more vegetarian food options on the menu

We had a lovely stay as family with young kid. There were lots of kid’s activities with kids pool to keep my daughter busy which kept our vacation relaxing. The staff was welcoming. The property is right next to patong beach which is a big plus.

Rooms are too small & not worth the hefty price. Feels more of a city hotel rather than a beach resort

We checked in super late nyt. Really late at around 1 am. They allowed us for late check out at around 2pm. Property location is gr8. We enjoyed every bit of our stay here.

The property does not live up to the brand name. Rooms are tiny. Staff are not focused. We requested for room decorations which were substandard. The complimentary cake was a sad excuse in the name of a cake with wrong occasion mentioned on it. During breakfast, someone cleared the table assigned to us while we were not yet through. The restaurant manager came rushing towards us and was a bit aggressive in asking us to leave. That was quite presumptuous of him to think we were occupying a table out of turn. Our first trip in Phuket would certainly not be memorable for the resort. Courtyard by Marriott are far superior back in India.

Pathetic quality of customer service and centricity no problem addressed despite several times follow up complaint against the staff

Best location in patong beach, beach is close, market area is close, many many indian restaurants are close.

It was a wonderful stay & hospitality by the hotel, they have given us a fantastic surprise on my daughter's birthday by decoration in room. Really very happy about it 😊
