Review Of Andatel Grande Patong Phuket

First time in Phuket I have seen such a resort that is so different and unique in concept and design

Our stay at Andatel Grande Phuket was average.

Hotel is very old building and need renovation. Staff is good, hotel washroom door are damaged. Lift not working properly. Don't go to this hotel.

This was an amazing stay over there.

Amazing hotel with good staff.

Room service is good and staffs are friendly.

1. No smart card for our. 2. For asking early check-in staff force us to buy your packages.

This is not a, 4-star hotel. Very bad experience in all matters. I really would never recommend it to anyone.

Overall perfect stay. Prime location. Easily accessible to beaches n other sightseeing. Had an amazing time.

This hotel breakfast so poor, not good, so please don't go to this hotel.

Everything is nearby and hotel is good.

Good location, value for money, clean room, friendly staff

Good big rooms with pool facing. Every rooms consist of balcony and ground floor rooms directly get access to the pool.

Location is excellent, easy to find, good restaurants around, market is also near. Swimming pool available. Drinking water is the issue since you have to buy your own.

There was a good experience to stay here. Room service on time. Everything was perfect in room. Staff behaviour very nice and polite. Location is also very nice.

Near local market, good environment

Good hotel with two pools for a cheaper price. Neat and clean. Rooms sizes were sufficient for two people. The reception lady got little bit rude after we bought the city tour package from another place. The worst part was when they charged after I happened to lose a card for one of my 3 rooms, though the card was defective one and was being utilized for triggering room's power.

Hotel location is ok. Breakfast is ok but there is no room service staff behavior very rude.
