Great location and property. Very good staff.

The room condition is not good also in bathroom washbasin area flooded with water after complaining three times. Also always waiting for the buggy to go Reception.

It was an amazing experience at this property. Everything was perfect and they were so courteous to upgrade our stay as it was my birthday. Would highly recommend this property!

Very pleasant stay in Phuket Amari in 2bedroom coral lounge room having partial ocean view. Rooms quipped with all basic amenities plus kitchenette with all required basic cooking utensils. Room service, breakfast with sufficient indian options just to add taste is also good. Complimentary coffee, tea & hot and cold chocolate in idea room. Jetty was good, both pools are pretty clean and direct access to ocean (patong beach) is absolutely fantastic. Kids room along with access to lounge after checkout and before checking. Absolute 5 star property.

We have comfortable stay.. room were superb with sea view… they have buggy to transfer you from lobby to your room.. restaurant is also good, there 2 restaurants inside property.. breakfast was also good there was jain menu as well also we had dosa.. Amazing property

A good property with excellent location and buffet options. The rooms are quite comfortable and the housekeeping is prompt for your needs. The buffet offers a huge variety and includes custom options for Indian tourists. The only con is the hillside rooms are accessible via tuk tuks only. plenty of things for kids and couples alike.

Amari Phuket is amazing stay,Superb rooms with sea view… stay here was cozy. There are cars which drop us to different locations within property. Breakfast was delicious we can sit outside and have breakfast with a view. Superb stay amazing property. Entrance to small private beach where we can click photos

The property is very vast but the rooms are not up to mark. I stayed in the ocean view rooms. Staff is less to cater the quick requests and requirements of people checked in

its location is superb just on the sea shore. Breakfast buffets is well laid out including choice for Indians with Jain meal as well. Our rooms with Balcony just few metres away from sea shore was eye catching and relaxing. Overall good stay

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was spacious and had a stunning beachfront location - it was literally the front property of the beach! We arrived early, and to our surprise, they gave us the room without asking us to wait, which was a lovely surprise. The service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. It was my birthday, and my husband had made a special request to decorate the room, which they did in the most adorable and thoughtful way - it was truly special! We also appreciated the variety of Indian options available for breakfast, which was a lovely touch. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we'd definitely come back again! We're already looking forward to our next visit." 😊

We stayed at Amari for 5 nights and the experience was amazing. We got a villament on the hill overlooking the Phuket bay and really loved the view. The restaurants in the resort were amazing too.

it's a great location, 15 minutes walk from the main Street , but the natural beauty that amari has is unmatched. strongly recommended for family

Breakfast was not good...I had sausages and bacon which was poor quality. The butter had no taste. Less dishes in the buffet. Also I ordered fried rice from the ALa Carte menu and the egg used had a smell. Food quality poor.

It was an excellent stay with beautiful rooms and good breakfast plus beautiful scenic view of the beach. I enjoyed every bit of my stay.

Went to Amari for a second time since we had been there earlier in 2022 and had a great experience especially the beachside location of the property. The property was great. Breakfast which was part of our package was great. A great variety and variation in the menu on all three days of our stay. The pools and the restaurants were well maintained and we had a great time. The rooms, however, were not upto the mark. They have become old and are in need of urgent renovation/ upgradation. Tubs, accessories and the utilities were not upto the mark. We had first checked into Superior Ocean Front Balcony Rooms. But the rooms especially the bathrooms were too small. Requested and upgraded to Deluxe Ocean Front Balcony rooms. These rooms were much more spacious. However, the quality and maintenance need an urgent upgrade. Overall, a good stay with excellent amenities but the comfort and quality of the rooms left a bit of a bad taste.

Lovely property with great view from the room. We stayed in Deluxe Ocean room and the view was breathtaking. Will surely recommend to stay.
