Review Of Srisuksant Resort

Rooms are spacious. Sea is visible but not the beach. Communication with Front desk was difficult due to language, but helpful and courteous. There should be provision of smoking rooms also. Restaurants, markets, travel offices and other amenities are nearby. Overall 8.5/10

Overall experience was good. Room is very neat and tidy. Swimming pool was clean and well-maintained. Staffs were very helpful.

Hotel Building Is Very Old. No Call Bell . Rooms Are Average For Price Paid. No Veg Items For Indian In Breakfast.

The stay at the hotel was good. We got the room 2214 but the block b did not have a lift. There were female employees. One of the female employee helped us take one of the bag to the 2nd floor, but we had to take the rest of the baga ourselves. It was all female employees in the morning shift. They were good to us. But, at night there was a male person at the reception who was uninterested to help and was not suitable for hospitality industry. He never helped us with anything nor responsd nicely. Would always stare creepily as if he was a hostel warden. There was no pool towel available but we could get in the pool anyway. The pool is very huge and nice. Loved it. The room was not great but okay, it was a little old where the taps are leaky but the location of the hotel was great. Very close to night street

I had a deeply disappointing stay at Srisuksant Hotel. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful, showing a complete lack of hospitality. What made matters worse was the unmistakable sense of discrimination—they treated certain guests far better than others based on their ethnicity or background, which is unacceptable in any setting, let alone a hotel. The overall experience left me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. For a place that markets itself as a destination of relaxation, this was anything but. I strongly urge management to address these issues and train their staff in basic courtesy and respect for all guests. Would not recommend this hotel

Facility available in rooms are very basic like water geyeser, shampoo, bodywash are very small & it is not customer friendly. Charges pay for 04 person facility available for 2 persons. No sleeper available.

My room was sea view room but i got one of the lower category room with street view in old building. My check in time was 2 pm but my flight was late so i reached airport by 1 am and then they provided me room at 4 am

Never ever stay in this hotel, worst service. They don’t even provide hand towels, extra water and many things. Staff was not at all supportive. My phone didn’t had intercom, no overhead shower. List goes on ……

It was a good stay but the resort was not 4 star It may be called 3 star only and rooms were very old but clean

This hotel is big big NO NO NO … 1. Reached at 1.30pm for check in .. lady on counter “ Your check in time is 2.00pm, what are standing here for .. wait or come back at 2.00pm.” We thought let’s go for lunch and come back .. she called us back … “take your luggage and keep in locker room.. “.. Someone opened the room for us and we took 3 big bags ourselves to put in locker room .. 2. ⁠we came back at 2.30pm. Standing for 10 mins .. different lady started asking why are you standing here .. after another 3-4 mins confusion, the First Lady (let’s call her Head Receptionist(HR) came and refused to recognise me .. I had to show her my entry paper and then we were given a room. Left to carry the luggage from outside locker room to our room .. I paid the boy 20 baht and requested for help. We are in room now. 3. ⁠Extremly shady, very old, unhygienic and next to drain water passing was the room .. (get the pics checked ).. bad smell if you try to get in balcony. 4. ⁠No lockers in room .. In fact, it’s an over expectation. Overly old room with wood bed and extra bed made up of iron so locker was bit of an ask. (Foreign travel requires you to have locker to keep passport and money). Asked at reception. She( I man HR) pointed to a locker said baht.. I said for what ?She said I will give you locker but if you lose the keys , penalty is 3500 . Btw forgot to mention, upon arrival, HR had given a lecture for not-to-do list and associated penalties .. 5. ⁠next was to request for upgrade and fortunately we got it for 1000 baht. The new room was in wing B which was kind of building constructed in ~2000 if first one was say,1980 made. But the new room came with condition that next day morning we have to vacate the first room before we leave for sightseeing (logical) and we need to bring the luggage back to locker room. We had no choice but to accept. 6. ⁠we decided to change hotel next day but we had no energy left after sight seeing. Literally we waited outside the hotel to double think if we should try for some more hotels. Unfortunately energy was down and hence compromised. 7. ⁠new room was quickly alloted and the guy took us to the room. The scene was unique. The helper walking ahead of us and we 3 carrying our luggage. We thought it’s okay but the tragedy was that the B wing doesn’t have lift and Mr. Helper, The King had reached the room. We are at stair case thinking what to do (have a look at the photo, not sure you can make it but we tried capturing the moment). 8. ⁠new room only had 2 towels so wanted one more .. called HR, she told if you want, come to reception we can’t give it .. extra towels not allowed. I said we are 3 and I am paying for it. HR realised and sent 2 towels (bonus) 9. ⁠breakfast was continental but typically Southeast Asia hotels keep some near Indian options. Nothing of that sort. So bread -Omelet all 3 days Lastly location is good but not the best .. this is on the main road but happening side is 300 -400 mtr away. So you get plenty of options near the market or little inside. Bikes are easily available so hotel proximity to beach has zero points unless the hotel itself has a beach Btw on last note, none excluding HR understand any other language , whatever you say they smile and do nothing .. I wanted to open the locker , HR wasn’t there , finally left it after 15 mins try to make the other guy understand So not for your international vacation for sure!!

It was average place and old property

The hotel is amazing located on ao nang beach road, just cross the road and you will find the beach ! shopping’s street on same road overall experience is good ! about the hotel the owner is tooo rude she is so money minded they don’t provide you dental kit, water only two small bottles on each new day, no bell boy to help keeping your luggage, they charge you on toothpaste extra water so o request you all to keep the basic things before going to this hotel.

This hotel lady at the reception was soo rude and had a straight face for everything we asked. The rooms are non smoking, pool area is non smoking and i think every part of t he hotel is non smoking but it’s not mentioned in the description. Soo inconvenient to walk down every time we had to smoke. Not good

Hotel environment and location was good. Cleanliness was there. Not much options for veg food. Overall good.

Location of Resort is perfect near the Beach cafes, market, nice pool, nice breakfast with few variety fir vegetarian, good service

Hotel should decrease the price of the rooms. Other hotels provide much better room and amenities at this price. Should also include breakfast buffet at this price. Other hotels provide at much cheaper prices.
