When the taxi dropped us off I was sure it must be the wrong location as it was in the midst of a totally residential neighborhood. Our room was in an adjoining building which required walking out of the main building to another building, not great fun in sub-zero temperatures with luggage. The room size was nice but we had no hot water or heating upon arrival, I turned it on and the heating came on OK but the hot water took nearly an hour to heat up for our 1st shower. The bed in the bedroom had only a sheet and bed cover, no blanket!!! The room has no house phone so I needed to walk back to the reception and find a not so friendly front desk receptionist who later brought us a single wool blanket with no duvet cover.
There is no lobby to sit in that I saw, we decided to venture out to grab a bite around 8:30 PM - there was nothing open nearby and after walking a few minutes we eventually gave up on walking 10 more minutes to the city center since the sidewalks were slushy and icy.
The advertised hotel SPA was very much closed!

Big apartments and well furnished. There is everything in the apartment kitchen, so there's even opportunity to cook. But even though lots of things need to be repaired and replaced with new one. Unfortunately the restaurant is not working. The staff is very polite.

Great budget hotel close to ev....
A very nice hotel with living rooms/kitchens and bedrooms very reasonably priced at around $30 USD a night. Good Internet, comfortable beds and a decent shower. Highly recommend it for exploring the city. It's even good long term if you are doing business there given the room is essentially a one-bedroom apartment.

The hotel is not bad. The rooms are big and nice. The view is very nice too.
The thing that I didn't like was that the bar at the entrance gives a creepy feeling and it is quite dark. Plus there were some Italian men that were talking quite loud and that disturbed me.
Another minus is that is was really hard to find because it is not centrally located.
Anyway, there are much better options in Bucharest.

The worst ever
The staff are rude, the bar is non existent and the food is deplorable. When you go to complain there is no one to take ownership. I booked this through British Airways and that is the last time I will trust them to get me a nice place to stay.
