Review Of Tuki resort

Very poor service, staff behaviour not good, AC not working, room not clean, room like this charity/Dharamshala room, bathroom not clean, light not working properly, Morning complimentary tea/coffee not available, bed sheet and mattress smelling not hi-gene, very poor service. If Tuki resort give money to stay on resort I never stay.

I booked the hotel room nearly 30-40 minutes before checking in. After reaching the hotel with all my luggage at 5pm appox. I have denied for a room, hotel staff told me that they are already booked & have no room for me. They checked my receipt and matched with their log and refuse to accommodate me. I call customer care, they told me that they will get back to me in an hour or so. I had no choice but to wait. After 15 -20 minutes a hotel staff owner told me that, they have my booking details from agoda And if i agree they will shift me to some other hotel nearby. Having no choice and being tired of 2 days of trekking and travel i moved into the other option they gave me. After 2 hours or so i received call from the customer care. They offered me to move to some 3rd property. Which i refused as i was already drained and not in conditions to pack and move. I don't know what happened whose fault was there.

Wonderful experience. They welcomed us with a welcome drink, rooms were also good as we expected. Good experience

Why we book hotel, for our comfort right ? but here you will get an horrible experience specially if you are an indian, worst variety of food, standard rooms category horrible, no lift, its not a resort its just a lodge and there are many in lowest cost, breakfast is nepali and japanese, black dal, pane-er quality is sub standard, my kid taken just 200 ml of cold drink bottle and they charged 325 rs everything over priced

Room tv unit was not properly managed and bed was not resort type pols don't call resort its average hotel

I was alloted other building while I booked room in tuki resort. main building is not alloted .very bad experience.

There are different buildings for standard rooms and deluxe rooms. The basic services are also not available. The linen were having stain marks and dirty. Though these were changed but the replacement was also not too good, (the towels had holes. The hotel provides all the amenities as described on the site but if sub standard quality. The slippers kept in the room were of different sizes (size 11 for left foot and size 7 for the right foot. The manager is a very good listener but hardly takes efforts to resolve the issues. It seems that he is more bothered about the group bookings and not the bookings of single rooms as it hardly contributes to the profit. Had one of the worst services of the trip. Would surely not recommend to any traveller.

Best hotel in nepal good service good staff clean room.

This property location is good near to lake,for good Marwadi food just you have to go 200 meters , this property does not have lift and at ground floor 5 rooms and all are 3bed rooms . If you think that you can eat food peacefully then you may be wrong, number of group of young alcoholic person eat and drink near you with loud sound and staff say they are also thier guests .Hotel cleaning is very good, room service is also good , wi-if good , weakpoint is their AC ,only small AC with low speed

Breakfast is good, lot of options & varieties Property are different for superior and deluxe room One is is old for superior new property is just across the road with deluxe room Go for deluxe

Worst hotel never stay they tell its resort but when you book they transfer to a lodge which is standard room

They gave me higher (4/5th) floor, with no elevator at age 51, not so fair. Building/room was ok, not so fancy as mentioned as 4 stars hotel

I have booked for double deluxe room for rs. 12145 for 2 days. Rooms with no ac in 1 room for both days and second room 101, bathtub and shower not working. After lot of follow up they came and took more than 2 hour to solve shower issue and left the bathroom uncleaned. Second day when i returned hotel. No ac was repaired and both rooms were not at all cleaned.

Pleasant stay, food quality was amazing, location is nearby

Very supportive staff kindly book deluxe room because std room is other building. Nice clean room early morning around 6oclock need to check out even chef prepare tea and fruits for us. Overall good

The rooms were not clean. It was an average stay. Food was also average. A big thanks to make my trip for helping me.

Stay was good service was good but they had an issue with hot water. Id k if it was in solar the water was not that hot which i see as a requirement in cold regions. And the wifi was not that good only was able to use for messaging and nothing else.
