Review Of Hotel Tulsi Pokhara

I had a great experience at hotel tulsi. Service is great. The location is perfect. Walkable distance to the lake, restaurants, night clubs, and local market. Will come back again in july next year. Cheers!

The hotel is nice in terms of location, cleanliness, well mannered staffs and large enough rooms.

Not good place to stay. Unclean rooms. No hot water. Staff rude and works slowly. Delay in everything. Would never recommend this place.

The Hotel is awesome. Location is in the most happening place in Pokhara. The people of the Hotel were very courteous and well behaved. Breakfast needs a little more variety may be South Indian snacks be added.

Room service was poor and there was no elevator in hotel.

Hotel requires improvement in terms of lift availability, better room service. Complimentary breakfast same menu repeatedly makes uneasy. Hotel requires to check items like door lock which took half an hour to open and one of the bathrooms tap was not supplying hot water.

Firstly, I had booked hotel which says airport shuttle but they were charging for it and this information is not mentioned on the site. Secondly, I had booked deluxe room and reception guy claimed that I had booked standard room and they are providing me deluxe room as good will. Like seriously. Lastly, I requested for water bottle and bowl on first day. I got bowl next day after calling them and telling them I had asked for it yesterday then they got it. But bottle of water was never given even after asking twice for it. Even on first day I had to tell them twice to get a bottle of water. Place doesn't make a much difference if service is not good.Only good point about this hotel is view. That calmed me.

The hotel is at a very good location, near the lake but not in the busy noisy street outside which is just 2 minutes from the hotel, the breakfast spread was small but decent, could have included some local food also, the rooms were OK but a bit smelly. I had called the hotel from the road just to confirm we were coming, the guy said he didn't know at the booking which was strange because we had already paid for 3 nights and I told him to check and he had a very casual and irritated tone. When we reached that same guy was rude and unwelcoming which spoilt our mood in the beginning itself. He was saying that you got the rooms at a very low rate since you booked online, we charge more which didn't make sense. We were supposed to get complimentary water which was not there in the room which we got only after asking at least 4 times. Plus had ordered evening tea for two pulp two days and the strange thing is we got charged for the same tea for two different days. These are small complaints but the guy in the reception doesn't deserve to be in hospitality industry. Overbearing, over smart and got a bad attitude.
