It was terrible. It was a poor accommodation over priced and no facilities. Flush was not working. And beds were like will be broken anytime..

About appreciation - The food taste is good and the location of resort is very beautiful i loved it property is also very sweet and the behind beach is adorable, staffs is also well maintained n there behaviour is also great About complaint - There is no hand wash in the bathroom and there is no charging point as well.

amenities was good staff behaviour was also very good and cooperative but Ac is not working need to take care of that ..

Rooms are small but super clean, staff is helpful. No windows in room. If you want beach access then this is the perfect place to stay. You have to pay 50 MYR as deposit of key but when you checkout it will be return to you. For vegetarian not much options in breakfast with but non vegetarian good option are available. Tea is very good in morning breakfast.

Property location is very good but the maintenance of the IRIS room allotted to us was very pathetic. The room and the bathroom was very bad and the bed sheets/pillow cover and towel’s are below standard. The breakfast is also having minimum items.

The Hotel is not CO Operative At all By mistake I choose wrong date and in 15 min i call back and i want to change they did not give me the room and they also did not mention about no vegetarian food and They Charge money for breakfast and did not provide

Sea facing property with good views. Family friendly. They also arranged vegetarian breakfast on request. Only con is no room service.

I never stayed a hotel like this before. Very bad facility. Very bad room, bad mattress. I felt sleeping like rock. Wet floor. Only the hotel location was good. They didn't provided mineral water, no shampoo, shower gel or tooth paste. Very bad facilities. Outside always noisy and couldn't sleep well. Very bad stay. I did not like.

Its value for money stay, and located at the heart of the chenang beach. Non beach view rooms are located at the other side of the road, behind relagadi sea food outlet, a minute walk from the reception there are water dispensing machine (serves both hot and cold water) & iron stands are available for your ironing your clothes there is 24 hrs security at the entrance & reception.

Location : One of the best beaches in Langkawi I. E. Cenang Beach Very near to beach view. They have some beach facing view room & rest standard are in other building after crossing the road. Depends on your budget what you opt for. The resort is in the main market area where you will get all the shops as well as mall nearbuy. Its one of the budget resort with five star resorts near to it. For breakfast only breads were in the vegetarian option. They have a restaurant also facing the beach. They book Island Hopping tour also inside the resort. For foreigners they take some refundable amount around 50-100 RM for security which they give back during checkout. Overall in Cenang beach, this is one of the best budget resort to look for.

It is not guest, they considers their customer, it is tenants. Not clean. No services nothing was there. Only thing is the lication. Superb. I wont recommend or I will prefer to stay there a second time.

Average stay on the experience. Near by to airport all reachable places .. Chenang mall road .. People can stay on the basis of near by facilities. Opt for the stay and check this out .. Instead of listening

Although it is not a beach property, but the resort have its office and a few other category room available at the beachside. They have their restaurant location on the backside with availability of beer.

Location is nearby to many restaurants. They have separate quotas for walk in and online bookings. So even if they say that they have all their rooms booked, you can always check online and book a room then and their.

Room is spacious. Location is the best thing about tis hotel ... Facilities are of basic .. Drinking water is available .. Water purifier is kept in common area. Food is superb. They provide local food ... And also bread they keep ... So one can prefer as per there wish .. But try their local food ... It's decilious. I booked for 900rs with breakfast which is really worth.

By beachbresort name I thought its on the beach only .. But actually its not on the beach only there office is on the beach. Room bed is full. Of bed bugs .. Stays two night cloudnt even have a peaceful sleep duento bed bugs. When complained about the same, they said that will inform management. You can find better hotel deals in this one ..

The resort is at the beach, but the non beach facing rooms means you I'll be staying on a different property across the road. This was misleading and I had to pay extra to get my room changed to the main property yet not beach facing. The room had rusted and broken bathroom fittings. Very cramped and uncomfortable beds. Unreachable AC controls. Overall the worst hotel I stayed in Malaysian trip.
