The resort was an under construction resort with a service that does not deserve a single star. Ants in plates during breakfast. If you reach your hotel after 10 pm and ask for water, expect to be turned down as the reception would say we are sleeping or you cannot talk to our manager as he is also sleeping. Broken bathroom lock. Rude management. Clearly no training provided to staff. Almost every other facility is under construction or under maintenance without prior notice. Gym, swimming pool staff is honest. They admit that their management is pathetic and they have been receiving a lot of complaints. Spacious rooms. Refreshing ambiance. Book it when you get great deal and just need a place to crash. You can expect a good night's sleep.
The bathroom lock was broken and we got locked in the bathroom several times despite their best efforts to repair the lock.

Hotel property is good, however staff is very limited and there is no security at the gates, room service is very poor and is available only after 9 am. When we went for checkout at 7.30am, no one was available at the counters. Maintenance is very poor. We stayed there for two days & we have not seen a single person using the swimming pool.
