Very decent hotel for the price.

Nice Hotel and location was good.

We are very happy to stay in hotel. And near South Indian food corner and walking distance all tourist place.

Bad location bad Hotel bad staff no response dirty room

The Marque Hotel is located opposite Pudu Sentral bus stop. The location is excellent and easy access to Petaling street, central market and KLCC. The room is clean and staffs are friendly. It was a nice experience. I recommend this Hotel for Solo travellers.

Good room, very clean, and excellent.

Hotel is heart of the city, and staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall, we have great time with family.

Room was like 2 star. Not that much clean. The bed was broken. Ac was not working properly.

I feel that room is very small. There were few insects in washroom and in cupboard as well. I feel this is not the best place for a family or couples to stay. They could have maintained little well.

One of the worst customer service I have seen. MMT should not allowed them to use this online platform for booking as they are not upto standard. Only one incident will explain whole scenario; they refused to shift my luggage from reception counter to my room. Very rude behaviour.

Hotel staff very roundly, bathroom no maintenance, and everything was old.

Nice place, good rooms, very good room service

Following are the bad experience we had in this hotel.There is no good communication with reception. Not able to understand even basic english and receptionist was just blinking eyes.There was so much of cockroaches around bed, near mirror table and bathroom. As reception is in third floor- there was no single service boy to help take out our baggages till main exit Good part of the hotel is on location of it.

I really was should so excited when I book but after going there it's was not as same I booked for less something but they there me almost high even though it is OK but there was no WiFi for my laptop and bed was so bad and room in not so big and importantly TV is also not nice. But some of the staff are good. Overall it's OK.

Not value for money. Ac was not working properly.

Do not go here, The pictures are fake and its a lodge not a Hotel
