the location of hotel is prime and merdaka tower view from room was outstanding. the building houses a huge mall which has all the affordable shops to buy stuff from. must recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.

We stayed for 4 nights 23-27 July and were extremely happy with their rooms and very tourist friendly location. Surprisingly pure vegetarian hotel with egg preparation included only in breakfast. They make look alike all non veg dishes using soya, tofu etc and tastes delicious. Staff is friendly.

It was amazing hotel.. loved the stay… situated in the middle of town and connecting with mall.. rooms are so big and good

We had an amazing 4-night stay at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed every moment! The location is excellent, right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur with easy connectivity to malls, restaurants, and public transport. The services were top-notch, with attentive staff, spacious rooms, and great amenities that made our stay extremely comfortable. The breakfast spread was satisfying, though we would recommend including a bit more variety in Indian cuisine, as many Indian tourists prefer this hotel. That said, plenty of Indian restaurants are nearby, and food delivery is seamless via Grab. Overall, a fantastic experience—would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

My primary issue was with the bathroom, as the basin was clogged and management was unable to resolve the problem, resulting in water splashing onto the floor. However, the location was excellent, close to all major attractions, and the prices were very affordable.

Great location. Close to main attractions in the city. Direct access to the Berjaya Times Square Mall. The hotel restaurant serves vegetarian options only. However the mall itself has a lot of food options.

staff were not supportive. timing of dinner closing is 10 pm. Rooms are not worthy according to 5 star

Very bad experience. The hotel doesn’t welcome you at all. The rooms are just ok for the cost charged, u could even see insects and cockroaches in the bathroom. The fridge doesn’t cool whatever you put in. The restaurant doesn’t have variety of veg. For everything the operator tells to contact the other amenities provider directly, they don’t even connect you to spa or restaurant. The room service doesn’t listen to what you have requested.

Decent room, good view, room amenities were decent, good pool; but no lobby, vegetarian food / below average breakfast and front desk was not very friendly. Well connected. They didn’t agree to sanitize baby bottles or help on that; there were tiny ants in the room. The common areas could get the carpets cleaned.

The location was very good, food was very good, amenities exellent, the services and hotel staff were very good and supportive

Property is located in the prime area where there is easy access for transportation like metro and all. Breakfast was very tasty and lots of options are there for vegetarian and non-veg. Room was very spacious and all the staffs were shiwing very professional manners with politeness.

I travelled with family including senior citizens and kids. Nothing better could have been selected than this hotel. Excellent and highly recommended

Clean and neat rooms, great veg breakfast. Hotel is attached to a mall which has amusement park and good for shopping.

16-20 th april 2025. 2A+ 1C. Spacious room with hall and small kitchen. good supporting staff. attached to mall. in hotel grab taxi stand. near to many more tourist place attractions within 2km radius. veg items in breakfast are limited. hotel z having 2 wings eastb and west. v stayed in west as reception is at west wing. 4 min walk to east wing. west wing rooms are having twin beds, east wing is having king bed. room sizes are similar. view from room z very gud. v were in 43rd floor. 6 lifts r thr. swimming pool is at 15th fllor. 2 kids pool z. airport to hotel in one hr duration (100 rm). free daily water bottles and snacks at rooms. overall excellent stay.

Room was smelly and not up to standard and breakfast was not all so good plus lifts were slow housekeeping was ok

The stay was great. The hotel was neat and clean, staffs were supportive and helpful and the location was just wow! i had never seen a hotel like this. Such a great hotel where you will find everything.

I had a pleasant stay at Berjaya Times Square Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering great comfort. The hospitality and services provided by the staff were commendable. The vegetarian buffet was delicious, with a decent variety of options, and the swimming pool was well-maintained, providing a relaxing experience. However, it’s worth noting that an additional RM 40 is charged as tax, which could be better clarified upfront. Overall, I would rate my experience 4/5. A good option for a comfortable stay in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.
