The worst property. Pushed out of our rooms at 11am asking for 3 hours of extended time. Please avoid booking it as you won’t enjoy GOA night life. Also, rooms have mosquitoes.

Service not good and expensive food price for golden tulip vagator..

Don’t go by the name. This is a small property with average rooms and average food. Reception and security staff is welcoming but apart from that rest of the services are extremely slow.

My booking clearly mentioned a check-in time of 2:00 PM, but unfortunately, I received my room only around 6:30 PM. After a 12-hour journey, I was really looking forward to checking in, resting, and freshening up — but was surprised to find that even by 6 PM, the room wasn’t ready. Initially, I was even shown a used and dirty room, which was quite disappointing. After several follow-ups the hotel team, I finally got my room around 6:30 PM. That said, I would like to appreciate the staff’s polite behavior and cooperation throughout — they tried their best within their limits. However, my suggestion to hotel management is to take this matter seriously. Guests also value their time, and just as hotels expect timely checkout, ensuring timely check-in should be a priority as well. Overall, a decent stay after check-in, but the initial experience needs serious improvement.

The stay was disappointing compared to January 2025. The food quality and cleanliness have gone downhill. The manager, who handles both food and rooms, is unprofessional—he not only speaks rudely but also keeps track of how much you eat and reminds you of your previous orders while you’re placing new ones, which feels very uncomfortable. The receptionist was equally careless; during checkout, she almost charged me for another room’s bill without even verifying. We even informed them honestly about a broken plate and asked if they could adjust or discount the charge, but that wasn’t handled well either and we paid 450/-. Not recommended to people.

Clean Rooms, Great Service, All basic amenities were provided, Food is also good specially the buffet breakfast. Perfect Location.

Prainha resort's stay, location and the view was good. Food quality and the service was good as well. Golden Tulip's room was clean, security personnel behaves well, food is good, but the room service was bad.

It was a great stay. Clean and hygienic rooms. Quite close to Vagator beach. Just needs some improvement on their breakfast.

The exceptional customer service at this hotel impressed me. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They were also able to recommend places to get any meal that we needed. mr umesh ji at the security and all kitchen front desk and housekeeping staff was very professional and very very helpfull . we feel like home . we will surely come again..

I recently stayed at the Golden Tulip in Vagator with two of my friends, and we had a fantastic experience. The hotel is excellent-the rooms are incredibly spacious, which was perfect for the three of us to relax comfortably. The hotel's swimming pool is also a highlight; it's a great size and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding coconut trees, which feels very serene. The breakfast buffet was a great way to start our days. It had a good variety of options and everything we tried was delicious. We also had lunch at the hotel's restaurant and were very impressed. We ordered the Chili Paneer and a Paneer Wrap, both of which were delicious and prepared perfectly. On top of everything, the service at the hotel was top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and very helpful throughout our stay. It made the entire trip even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Golden Tulip for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Vagator.

Worst experience ever charing for cheap quality food asked them for veg pulao which cost around 90 rupee in there menu then they charged 450 telling veg pulao was not available thats why they send us veg briayani fir alarm started ringing at night and staff dont know how to stop it

Hotel does not have professional management, rooms are clean, breakfast was ok. Reception staff is ok but are not in a position to take any decisions overall the stay was ok

The hotel is located at a peaceful location , very close to the beach. The staffs were quite warm and welcoming. The spread of food was also decent. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
