Hotel is very clean and centrally located. The only drawback was that I could not get an AC room and considering the summer heat it was uncomfortable. But this has nothing to do with the hotel. I would recommend it to anyone if all they are looking for is just a basic stay.

The room was not cleaned properly and there was a bad odor inside the room. There are no basic things like soap, shower gel or shampoo for freshen up. There is drinking water also present in the room i dont think so the amount we paid is not worth as per the room and basic facility.

Water in bathroom. Not coming. Tap should be checked for water flow, at-least in the room which we occupied. Basic requirement in room to be improved. There should be facility of serving morning tea, if not breakfast. Front desk should be more organised and professional.

Nice to stay in hotel mandarin and services are also on time to time. In hotel mandarin there room also are clean. Standard hotel near mapusa bus stand. Good for over night stay or day stay if your traveling by bus and your destination hotel has been checked out. You can check in and wait till evening for your bus. Room's are very clean including bathrooms.

Everything was fine. We had booked a non ac room since most of the time we would be traveling. The stay was pleasant. The only probs was there were few mosquitoes which were annoying but otherwise it was good. They also provided with good night liquidator which helped as well. Overall it was a good stay and will certainly visit again.

Centrally located in mapusa market friendly staff. No cupboard to keep clothes so inconvenient. The mirror is placed in the wall wedge so cannot see it well. Linens are clean. Bathroom walls need cleaning /redoing.

The room was bad. They have not provided a bottle of water. Remotes not working! lift not working ! and they switched off ac main from outside while i wan in room to save money. I had to fight for it to switch it on again. Terrible location. Terrible room. No room service. Not even capable of serving a tea in the morning. 0 mark

This hotel location is not good at all. Some dirty smell is spread all around. When you enter in the room, again dirty flow of smell comes on your face. There is no cupboard inside room. The bathroom is too small. There is no ventilation in the room as well as in the bathroom. Some bad smell will come in the bathroom in the morning. The price is quite high but their room should not cost more than 1200. It's wastage of money.
