Location is a steal deal ! Amazing staff ! Beautiful view ! The food was good. The staff were quite nice and kind to upgrade the bunk to a double bed room . Also wasn’t happy about the pillow sheets , they immediately replaced with the clean ones . Very responsive. Thank you !

stayed for 2 days. though rain spoiled my visit to popular places in vagamon, the Zostel stay was wonderful. the host ms yamuna was wonderful too. overall Zostel vagamon justify a frequent visit here.

hey the location was pretty scenic, food was fine too especially non veg food were pretty good.

they didn't provide any assistance. I had a leech bite and they said they would provide band aid but never did. they called me multiple times regarding food payment but when I called them, they never replied nor returned. rooms were clean. food was good. however, they didn't provide enough assistance. compared to my other hostel stays, this stay was below average.

The location of the property is serene. Property manager is a superb guy and always helpful. The community manager Yamuna is a great host and good at hospitality. Must try their beef local dish at the cafe monkey. The walk around the tea gardens near to the hostel is serene. Drive from the hostel to Thekkady is magical. All in all it was a fantabulous stay at the zostel Vagamon.

The property was good except for the position of fans inside the room make it very difficult especially in this summer time. Reaching the location in car is difficult but one can manage to reach safely. The food is good and the location the property situated is very good. It would be good if there are atleast two fans in 6 sharing dorms

The property was located in a beautiful corner. Cars to reach the location should be very careful about the slope.
