The resort has an excellent environment and great service

Nice to be with Saj Vagamon Hideout. The coordination by Mr. Benjamin of central reservation office, then by Mr. Ranjith, the manager of Saj Vagamon are really appreciable. The resort located inside a plantation area with a centrally located lake gives the resort the much-needed naturalness. The traditional old type Kerala houses are replicated with modern facilities. We were welcomed with heavy snacks and tea. Due to fewer guests we were provided with A la carte option for dinner and breakfast. Food was nice and tasty. Mr. Ranjith coordinated everything to our satisfaction. Mr. Bharath was our guide, and he deserves special mention. A couple of things to be done by Sajj may take this resort to greater heights. 1. The road which takes one to the resort needs a fresh bitumen coat, otherwise during rainy season one more swimming pool will be available to the general public. 2. As the main entrance to the resort is closed, the signage system needs to corrected accordingly with direction to reach the new entrance. 3. Bedroom lamps are not seen inside the resort. Overall nice to be with Saj having staff with smiling faces.

Worth ever penny, this is an excellent place to relax and have fun. The food was excellent and staff were so friendly.

The staff is excellent, wonderful service and very courteous. They went out of their way to make us feel good. Food was homely type and tasty. Room could have been a bit spacious and a bit brighter

A nice and good resort for families and couples to enjoy Vagamon. Super food, friendly staffs, well maintained pool. Pros I felt was poor roadway to reach this resort, it's very hard to get mobile networks except for BSNL. I would recommend this resort who like to enjoy nature and to have a complete hide out from outer world.

Worst don't go there it was nightmare

Nice location ambiance, very good co-operative staff. Only minor problem is size of the room was small.
