Pine Clough Resort

Room is very small.. not clean.. services of staffs are not satisfactory.. pool is good.. location is good..

It was vey poor stay. We don't expect these type of stay. The room was not clean, toilet was also not clean, room and toilet contain bad smell. We ask for another room they didn't provide another rrom. There is no any toiletries are provided no TV And AC no any basic facilities are there. Very poor at pine clogh vagamon resort

The place is clean, quiet, and peaceful. Campfire is an add-on. Ask for the top floor while you consider taking this resort. Restaurant, swimming pool, etc available.

not worth for the package per day 4k. rooms are too small and not upto standards of a star hotels. food are also average

An excellent stay. There's a hill behind the resort itself which is the main attraction. Breathtaking views, wind and mist. Highly recommended for all coming to vagamon.

Stay was very pathetic, food they provided was so pathetic to eat, doesn't have good taste. They didn't provide water for the guests only 1 ltr water for 3 guests if we want more ee have to pay for the water. Didn't take any picture, was in very sad after booking that hotel, next day morning lock was damaged. We keep our valuable things in the room without taking it from room while going for roaming

Very good experience and good property

The beautiful resort is located in the middle of picturesque tea plantations. We enjoyed the delicious meals, the campfire, the spacious room, the hospitality and the christmas gifts too. Thank you so much to the staff and owner.

Very good resort pool is very clean room also clean service is good

As per the advertisement on makemytrip, the place is marked as resort. But actually it seems as just a lodge. No reception, congested rooms and bathrooms, common lobby for entering to the room like in a house. The worst part is the service. When we check in, they let us know that there is a buffet for the dinner, since we were not interested for that much lavish food we opted and ordered a limited menu from the buffet menu. And we ordered the food at 5. 30 pm and requested them to deliver the food at 8. But after repeated calls, they didn't delivered the food to room and when we go to the restaurant and from the conversation we had with them, what we know that we will get the food only after the closing buffet if there is anything left. And after we complained, they offered a different menu and the food was not at all tasty. Horrible experience

Not recommended for families, power cuts, no intercom. Too few food options for veg. New property, still construction in place, even reception office not there.

The resort is placed in excellent location, in middle of tea estate, in the valley of small hill, which is giving a good experience of the nature in vagamon. Rooms have all needed amenities and well arranged. Area to improve is restaurant management, which need more staff and more co-ordination to accommodate full capacity guests. More construction for pool and more rooms are going on and so sure to get more facilities in next visit

Overall the stay was good. Kerala style breakfast was awesome. Construction of the property is still going on like pool, lounge and under construction only. Balani, meera, vishwas sir, menon sir and so many ex hks are in cc now. Right?

It was average room and food in this cost

Resort location is nice. Deluxe rooms are neat and clean but very small with no balcony. Staff and owner behaviour was not welcoming also not professional. Restaurant food was not good also too much costly. No dental kits provided. In total not worth for money and cannot recommend to others.

Staff are friendly and room view point is amazing.
